there is also huge block of shares at RM2.80. It is a big hurdle to get through at this moment. Short term trading does not seem to be profitable at this moment. tomorrow is the ex-dividend days. it should retreat to certain extent before stablised. RM2.75 is the point before the general market sell down after US FED chairman comment.

i have followed through the india fsa news since past 2 months... they will sign before power generating in india. the important part is the company start generating power. RKM has already signed power purchase agreement with the state distribution company. It allows the cost to be passed through. this means that even not signing FSA, the cost of generating electricity with certain % of margin already secured. The important trigger point will be electricity generation as stated by RHB analyst. FSA will ease the concern on coal supply. However, this is not a major concern for RKM as the plant located at Chhattisgarh which is the main state supplying the coal. It is also close to the eastern port, in the event that need to import coal from indonesia, transportation also not a major issue.

Any possible EPF or other institute buying? EPF seems not holding any stakes in the company...

I think the increase is mainly due to dividend distribution...

NTPC is the largest power producing company which has finally agreed on the signing of FSA with CIL. Previously, there are concerns on quality of coal supply etc... Now seems both parties have agreed the terms.

Since the larger company already conclude the signing, those smaller power producing companies including RKM may not have much more negotiation power. Therefore, they may sign in near future.

Public bank analyst report stated that need to wait for the signing of Fuel Supply Agreement between RKM Powergen and Coal India Ltd.

RHB analyst report stated that need to wait until the power plant start generating power.

In long term, it is the company target to have 60% to 70% recurring income. The company will continue assess project that will contribute to recurring income, like the power plant plan in Myanmar etc. I am sure management will do something on the huge bank balances. It is ever ready to take up profit making project.

The actual recurring earning from IPP is still uncertain until the term and condition of cost pass through mechanism is approved by authorities in India.

RM0.06 is also represent about 15% of average earning per year of RM0.40.

Based on CIMB recent analysis report. 18% of recurring income and net profit of RM385million is estimated for financial year 2015. The total recurring income by the time should be RM69million per year. Recurring income for year 2013 is about 15.5% and net profit is estimated to be RM217million. The current recurring income is about RM33.6million per year. The incremental recurring income per year should be around RM35million or RM0.06 per share [RM549million based on the report].

This stock normally move up during the day but drop back towards the closing session. See whether it can sustain at above RM2.44 today.

Should be ok to operate... No signed this agreement then do not guarantee there will be sufficient supply... I remember read somewhere that Mudajaya also in the midst of applying licence for their own coal mining.
