Very easy to guess, 62% of Malaysian want easy money and blame certain race for not being able to get a job.
24% of Malaysian: why do we hire someone who cannot help us relieve our job load?
It's very easy for parties that represent 62% of Malaysian to win any election. It's a very simple math problem but those 24% thought they are very smart but still cannot understand this simple math problem.

Forward PE 20 of latest earnings is RM12.
If you expect revenue drops 50%, RM6.
If you expect ASP drops 50%, RM6.
If you expect revenue or ASP drops 20%, RM10.80.
If you expect both revenue and ASP drops 20%, RM9.60.
If you expect revenue or ASP drops 30%, RM10.20.
If you expect both revenue and ASP drops 30%, RM8.40.
Just for reference. I was always wrong. Just like my recent prediction of Solution won't become the sole distributor of vaccine but it just happened.

If you use last quarter and do a forward PE of 20, it is worth RM5.50.
If you use this quarter and do a forward PE of 20, it is worth RM12.
Now you see what IB can see.
IB just "haha" at you for not learning how to calculate simple math problem. Even kids know how to calculate. IB just "hahahahahaha..." all the time.

Yes. I did miscalculate the TOPGLOVE FA. TOPGLOVE is not very expensive after I multiply the latest EPS by 3 to give a sense of the price before split. Or you can divide all the EPS before the current quarter by 3 to give you the price after split.

1) Fauci said vaccine will be not so soon
2) US back to school season causing spikes in covid cases

Becos more and more news saying vaccine will be postponed and unsafe.
My guess for whole Malaysia to finish vaccination is around March-May 2021.
But don't expect vaccine counters can shoot up like gloves in March.
Vaccine is a very short term thing. Even if vaccine is not really effective you need to take several shots, the demand won't be as high as gloves.
The previous spikes were due to goreng mood in the market. Everyone was searching for potential limit-up counters. Vaccines counter was one of them. It was just a super-hype market sentiment for several weeks.

As a result less demand for PPE. More demand for non-PPE/technology products such as travel, restaurants, physical store shopping...
It is now a transitional period between movement restriction and total freedom economy.
For TESLA, it caused tech stocks to lower the PE back to conservative level. ZOOM will be used less and ZOOM was punished. Phones will be used less (to support ZOOM meetings), Apple was punished. The stock split of Apple and Tesla also made newbies panicked. They thought the price crashed. Newbies took profit after stock split.

Yes Forward PE is 11x if the business stays this good for the next 12 months.
If business half as good next year, the forward PE is 22x. If business doubled for the next 12 months, the forward PE is 5.5x.
Not recommending buy or sell. This is just the fundamental banks are using to tell you the current status.
It might be a game of guessing the business for the next 12 months.

Very hard to push. PE still very high. Forward PE very hard to guess.
Now no more goreng mode. Everything back to basic, at least for now.
After TESLA bubble popped, all forward PE calculation is now very conservative. Even gloves, TOPGLOVE is calculated with forward PE of 20 only.
Things may change, we never know if the TESLA spaceship bubble starts engine again.

Many people are angry because last night strong rebound from the US doesn't propagate to local glove stocks.
As for glove stocks, the daily US covid new case chart is still the same as the glove stock charts.
US covid case is now slightly higher, and almost flat. (You need to compare apple to apple by comparing Monday's case with previous Monday case)
Instead of cursing each other when gloves are not up, do some study, read some books but refrain from politics as local politics is just a simple math problem only bossku and Tun M can understand. Anyone that points the arrow at DAP is the individual who understand the simple math problem.
