Hexza plans to sell another 20,000 unit of Nvidia, with current price of USD 500/unit, they will cash out another USD10mil. Not sure they still hold how many unit of NVidia after the disposal. Symbolic price at USD57/unit with average cost USD38/unit, margin USD5.7mil. Hexza management not smart in their core business but really excellent in US stock market investment.

@tony223, don't just look at final QR, study the income statement detail. QR loss 125mil, mainly due to 132.5mil impairment loss of contract assets and acct receivable. Without the impairment loss, actually Reneuco has profit of 7.5mil, which is the highest since Mar 2021. Hopefully the profit can sustain in the quarters coming.

Privatization will not happen at current state or even in the future. If the management really want to do it, they would rather do it when the share price at 50sen 3 years ago or 70sen 2 years ago, not at current price of RM1.20

@GhostVision, quoted investment of RM231mil was included the additional purchase of RM26mil in the financial year. So the actual gain was RM83mil. However, I was disappointed the management just declare 5sen dividend instead of expected 7.5sen

eventhough Hexza's core business not perform well but as well as not lossing money is consider OK. Investment is US stock market did a good job.

as at 31 Mar, the other investment stood at RM170.248mil, equivalent to 85sen/share. As the US tech stock share price keep going up, especially Nvidia share price already up 53% and Facebook up 35%, easily other investment will hit RM200mil.

I am Wondering why such a excellent company like Poh Huat share price cannot up. Poh Huat with PE 4.5, net cash 249mil (RM0.89/share at current price of RM1.37), NTA RM1.97 above current share price, ROE 15.34, dividend yield over 4%. From past records, Poh Huat has bonus issue every 6 years, I expected another bonus issue soon.

1st half of financial year 2022, foreign currency translation differences was RM 7,376,012 and this figure will be hit 15mil if Ringgit continue depreciate.

Pohuat share price in uptrend, it might be posted a good QR in coming weeks partially due to USD appreciation against Ringgit

Jaks has provision for impairment in 4th quarter 2 years continuously. I just wondering why the income from Vietnam power plant posted RM28.6mil only compare to 3rd quarter of RM43.3mil. In fact I expected higher than RM43.3mil due to a lot of Vietnam factories shutdown caused less power consumption during 3rd quarter 2021

as Vietnam production resume in mid Oct, next quarter result will be back to normal

bad result expected. especially Vietnam production which is operate about 2 weeks only in this quarter. same what is happening in Magni-Tech. the result will be boost up next quarter.

The plant, which is based in the central province of Quang Tri, will have an initial capacity of 1,500 MW, the government said in a statement.

Vietnam’s T&T group and South Korea’s Korea Southern Power Corp, Hanwha Energy Corporation and Korea Gas Corporation are the project’s developers, the statement added.

(1) Subscribe the right issue. if your acct is direct acct, fill up the subscription form and prepare the banker cheque and then post to address stated in the form. if your acct is nominee acct, just contact your broker and he will help you. (2) don't want to subscribe the right issue. wait for the OR share to list and sell the OR share in open market.

right issue 1:1 at 10sen, current price at 80sen, after right issue, price adjusted to 45sen and get 1 free warrant with exercise price 43sen. estimated the warrant price at least 10sen after listing. I think is a good deal
