Genting Bhd is looking to list some of its business segments, which may
include property and energy arms, according to its chairman and CEO Tan Sri
Lim Kok Thay. Responding to a question raised by a shareholder in the
company's AGM, Lim said there is an intention to spin off some businesses, but

RHB Bank has launched the MyEG-RHB Visa credit card yesterday. This is an

Scomi Energy Services, together with partners Octanex Pte Ltd and Vestigo
Petroleum Sdn Bhd have secured a small field risk service contract
(SFRSC) from Petronas to develop Ophir oilfield, located offshore Peninsular
Malaysia. “The first hydrocarbon from the Ophir field is expected to be within 18
months,” Petronas said. Scomi Energy has a 30% stake in the OPSB through
Scomi D&P Sdn Bhd, with Australian-based Octanex taking the lead with 50%

for the Malaysian market, will contribute positively to its revenue.The
smartphone app, which is based on China Shopinfo, is designed to push online

and get them to visit malls and shops, as well as promote tourism in both
Malaysia and China,” said PUC Founder group managing director Cheong
Chia Chieh at the memorandum of understanding (MoU) signing ceremony

Gadang Holdings Bhd has secured a RM350m contract to undertake part of
Petroliam Nasional Bhd's (Petronas) refinery and petrochemical integrated
development (RAPID) project. It said on Thursday its unit Gadang
Engineering (M) Sdn Bhd had accepted the letter of award Petronas Refinery
and Petrochemical Corporation Sdn Bhd. The job scope would involve site
preparation works for the RAPID project - Package 18C for the total estimated
provisional contract price of RM350m. "The contract shall commence from the
date of the letter of award and is expected to be completed by Sept 30, 2015,"

I think the price for the SIS would be around 65 sen. The price has stabilised at this level for about a week now. Less 10% discount, the leech will get it for less than 60 sen. I won't be surprise if he will come out with more private placement in future to further dilute existing minorities.

when they want to collect, they won't be pushing. It will be stupid of them to collect at high price when they could do it cheaper. Also some accumulations may take months, not days or weeks.

tommy..same thinking as u but i have not sold. Investors must realised that this is a very illiquid counter and even though PE is good, it is too small capitalised to attract funds. That's why Ricky is at liberty to park the price wherever he wants and not fearing losing control...he is not that stupid. Profits may be increasing but price may keep dropping in the short term. Long term i believe Ricky will probably let the price be high enuf for the warrants to be in the money...otherwise his investment in the warrants will be burnt.

Bright is more in the aluminium foil biz...not corrugated carton boxes. They are able to produce high quality products to be able to penetrate the high quality standards of multinational especially cigarettes manufacturer. This biz is an oligopoly and margin is high...as long as the leech does not suppress the price, then it shd be good.

It's an old story..Leech (Amedia boss) did a dawn raid on Bright. As a result, Demi Maju ( the major shareholders ) lost control of Bright.. the company they build. From 30% shareholding, the leech dilute Demi shareholding to only about 5% via the right issue ( in fact they can borrow from the market due to their strong BS but they choose to go for right issues to dilute Demi ). Now the company is control by the leech proxies but the MD got back his job after being sideline for a while. Elephants are the 2 major shareholders..This company is in a good industry but you need to be wary of the leech. If he starts to give dividends instead of asking shareholders to fork out cash...then its okay. Need time to judge him but it he still remain a leech...then even company making tons of money also no use..
