company share buy back 200mil shares at 0.05 , then price drop to 0.045.....

I will still hold tight tight.... but actually a lesson to learn that esos/pp can be so low compare to market price. how the management determine the esos/pp issue price? is there any rules and regulations they have to follow to determine the esos/pp price or the company can fix the issue price themselves as their wish irregardless of the current market share price?

I will not buy any stock that declare esos and pp anymore.... initially thought esos or pp issue price will be within 10% current market price which I think is reasonable, but in bornoil case, esos is only 2.7cents, about 50% of current market price, and pp can be as low as about 3.3 cents when market price then is 7.5 cents...bilis share is very much diluted and depreciated....

After press down the price, big sharks are waiting bilis to sell cheap to them....hold tight tight....

already plan for long term. have not sell single share of bornoil even bornoil drop from 9 cents to 4.5 centsp last one month....

lesson learned. if any company proposed esos and pp, should not buy it shares anymore despite how good is the prospect of the company.... even now not sure the gold story is real or just a bait to trap bilis.....

keep my bullet, to buy back at 2.5 cents, haha... (since esos 2.7 cents)...meanwhile still hold tight tight..... now paper loss more than 40%.... sad....
