Inari players swapping into Insas and PR !!
Right move ! Welcome new Comrades !!

my point is .... we must try to be "objectively" objective, instead of "subjectively" objective.
If u get what i mean.
Cheers.

U choose a scenario that is worst then current.
Have u try the scenario buy at RM 1
and then sell all the PR at day 2 at 58 sen
and then buy back the PR at 45.5 sen ?
No right ?
So, your comparison is "unconsciously" bias.

Once upon a time, i got 1 fellow keep pestering me looking into useless issues ... i stop talking to her, and my fortune grow multiple times because instead of wasting time on her, i got more time to focus on important thing.
Therefore, i decided to stop talking to the contrarian, so that i got more time to do other more important thing.
Sometime silent is the best.
Cheers.

There will always 4 ways transaction in share market.
For every seller/shortee, there must be a buyer, a holder and non-holder.
U keep asking why shortee sell. How come u no ask why buyer buy, why holder hold, and why non-holder not holding.
And even in shortee ... there will be shortee A, shortee B, shortee C ... D ... E .... shorting for different reason. U will never know the answer to why the short, and worst there are so many different answer just for the same action. U can guess ... but at the end of the day, Bursa never list out the answer why ppl short nor do bursa require shortee to fill in form on why the short.
Same as why ppl buy. U can guess, but u will never know why they buy from seller or shortee.
So ?
What i am trying to say, u asking the wrong question. U are wasting time on the wrong question. U are trying to figure out something that go no ONE answer nor the answer is important. U can tackle whatever bothering u, which is "did u miss anything on insas" anytime instead of waiting for shortee to short. U no ask why seller sell to u everytime u buy meh ? Why not ? U said u very curious worr.
Sekian.

There will always be people acting irrational manner.
Do not waste time trying to figure out why.
Spend our time on real fact, on important and urgent task.
First thing first.
Time is limited.
I already give a lot of irrational action before.
Now, imagine u are shortee.
The shortee will say WE ARE the one who act irrationally. Insas already go up 3 times it lowest 12 months price. From 33 sen all the way to RM 1.00 (include 2 sen div). So, they believe chances of insas go back to 66 sen (still double the lowest price) is higher.
They can give u many example where a stock price triple will fall 33% later.
No point arguing with them. U can try same argument with those who quee up to buy 4D, 5D or even lottery. They can give u example where people hit jackpot. They even advertise ppl hit jackpot.
Sekian.

Shortee is shorting insas based on Technical chart.
Insas has triple its lowest 12 month pric, so they short insas.
TA does not include the coming rps + free warrant and real NTA, superb coming earning into their calculation.
So, shortee will suffer loss every day.
This is FACT.
So, dunt worri about the shortee ... FOCUS on REAL variables.
Cheers!

The conversion of rps to exercise warrant is just a FORMALITY term and act as "safety net" for bankers to subcribe. With this term, banker can get "approval" to buy rps more easily from their bank.
Nobody, will exercise these right.
It is for the banker to get easy approval to buy rps because the rps has safety net.

so, at the end ... should we buy more insas at below RM 1 now ?
Insas has RM 600 million cash (RM 1.16/share) + 15% inari share (RM 2.20/share) + omesti +hohup +dgsb
Insas has M&A securities (financial securities is oligopoly ... meaning limited number of license and noone else can enter this market now)
Insas is worth more than RM 4.50 per share.
And now giving TWO 3.8%rps+5 free warrants for every 10 shares in less than 1 month time.
So, isn't it obvious ?
HAHAHAHAHAH
U dare to short insas ?
U dare to short 5 millions insas ?
HAHAHAHAHAHA !!
Cheers !!

hahahaha .... see ... small kid ....
i have alreadi got one ppl willing to buy at RM 1.01
this is share market lah .... anything is possible.
I explain in full elaboration, step by step, every question i answer on how xinquan cheating ppl .... yet still got ppl willing to hold on just to attend the AGM. I even explain there will be NO agm for him to attend but he insist he could not sleep if he sell off all his xinquan share.
Take MSport, got 2 lawyers go and collect millions of msport paying millions ... after everyone know msport is conman and will be going down to zero.
How u explain leh ?
Insas rps trade at RM 1 is not impossible.
OPR now already at 1.75 and expected to cut further to 1.5 ... u think rps will stay below RM 1 ?
Insas rps is paying more than DOUBLE the OPR rate !!!
U dun wan ... but all the BANKS WANT LOR !!

... "it is not worth to subcribe the RM 1 rps because it will 100% trade at 90 sen."

value-invest
aaa .... u mean the 3.8% rps.
I disagree if u say sslee more knowledgeable in this thing ... hahahahah ... this is FACT.
whereas hng33 has conflict of interest ... so, he view will be biased as well.
I will not be surprise if hng33 will claim the PA will be trade at RM 5 on day 1 listed.
So, at the end, u must do some calculation.
U must consider a couple of factors.
If this and that, or if that and this, then this and that ....
It is wrong to JUST taking example of sunway PA.
What is the sunway PA return ? Is it same 3.8% ?
How about the OPR ? Is it the same during sunway PA listed ?
U should come out with a range .... something like 95 sen - RM 1.05
with mean around RM 1.00

the contrarian,
Public bank have 50 type of unit trust
if each unit trust own 1 million insas share, then PB have 50 million share without being listed as top 30 share holders.

by PA ... u mean the PR trade on 4-11 feb or u mean the 3.8% RPS ?

"TheContrarian Ya, ya, ya, still before ex-rights date the lending banks/brokers would require the shares shorted be bought back or else how would the beneficiaries of the pledged shares get their rights entitlement."
this problem is between the bankers and short sellers.
If the banker unable to cover this problem, then the banker should not lend.
But in certain situation, the bankers "able" to cover up by simply borrow from their own unit trust funds shares and PR.
Imagine Public Mutual Funds (PMF) own 50 millions insas shares, they can lend 5 million insas share to short sellers.
on 4 feb, PMF get less 1 million PR shares and PR is traded at 70 sen.
If short sellers want to settled on 4 feb, he need to buy back 5 millions share + 1 million PR and return back to the bank. Issue settled.
Since the Mutual fund do not intended to buy or sell "ALL" their PR on 4-11 feb, no big issue will arise.
So, most likely the banker is using their unit trust shares to lend to short sellers instead of individual customer shares.

thecontrarian,
shortseller need to reimbursed any dividend, pa, warrant and everything come with the share to Public bank, and Public bank will pass these to the real owner.
This is all common sense.
2021-01-18 23:57 | Report Abuse
the contrarian .... do not simply say something u dun no ...
short seller do not borrow from anybody, they get it from bank who is holding insas share under pledge securities.
For eg.
Public bank has 10 customers holding a total of 10 million insas share.
The 10 millions shares is under public bank named under pledge nominee.
Public can lend to short seller to sell 10 million shares.
The short seller will owe Public bank 10 million shares
and public bank will owe customer 10 million shares plus everything that come with owning the shares. If there is dividend .. then public bank will folk out the dividend to the real owner. If there is right or free warrants ... public bank will go find, dig, buy, borrow and give to the real owner.
So, it is between the short seller and public bank.
Real owner are not affected.
I ask u ... u ever received any call from anybody to borrow your share to be sell by other ppl ?
2021-01-18 23:11 | Report Abuse
no ... u will be automatically get the PR .... then u can subcribed to the PA and given 2.5 warrants
u held 10 insas share on 2 feb, u will be given 2 PR on 4 feb...
then on 19 feb , u pay RM 2 to change the PR into 2 rps + 5 warrants
2021-01-18 22:08 | Report Abuse
regarding short selling, i think it the bank holders (under the PLEDGED SECURITIES ACCOUNT) that lend the share to be short. No pay interest what so ever. But shorter must have enough cash to cover the different in prices.
For eg.
I have RM 10 k in my account.
I sell short 100,000 insas share at 98 sen
My account now have RM 98,000 (minus a bit commision) + my initial RM 10 k
I am not allowed to touch this RM 98,000 but kept by bank.
Later i buy back 100,0000 insas share, then only i can take the different.

I am sorry to re-clarify on this,
Are u sure they will "AUTOMATICALLY" key in the PR into my account on 4 feb ?
And if i want to subcribe or not, i "MUST" tell specifically to my broker before 19 feb right ?
Thank you.
2021-01-18 16:18 | Report Abuse
i must get the fact right first.
So, i can sell ALL my PR on 4-10 feb, so that i do need to pay on 19 feb.
If i sell all, i dont get warrant but i also no need to pay for the rps.
Okay, next one i need to clarify,
are u sure i can sell to anyone ?
If i can sell to anyone, mean also i can buy more PR on 4-10 feb ?
Are u really sure ?
Last time i remember, like cannot simply buy and sell, only among the holders they can trade during this window period. Can anyone re-clarify this ?
Thank you.
2021-01-18 15:26 | Report Abuse
the contrarian,
so, i can sell ALL my insas-PR on 4-10 feb to anyone, and no need to pay anything on 19 feb ?
2021-01-18 15:13 | Report Abuse
hng33
aaa ... so, 1 million insas-OR is not the same as 1 million insas RPS.
So, insas-OR is insas rps+2.5 insas warrant.
Q1 - If i not mistaken, i can only sell to other insas holder but not to people who don't own insas share ?
Q2 - So, if i sell all my insas-OR on 5 feb, I do not nedd to pay anything on 19 feb right ?
2021-01-18 15:06 | Report Abuse
hng33,
thank you.
Next thing to clear up is about the TRADING of right start at 4 feb and end 11 feb ?
If i have 5 million insas share on 2 feb,
meaning on 4 feb, my account will "automatically' have 1 million rps for me to trade with other holders on 4 feb - 11 feb ? Eventhough i have not pay for the rps ?
2021-01-18 15:00 | Report Abuse
hng33,
it is a bit confusing for me.
Can u slowly elaborate one by one.
I need to make sure and double and triple check, so i dont make any wrong decision.
If i have 5 million insas share on 2 feb, meaning i get the right to subcribe 1 million rps costing Rm 1 millions right ?
After 2 feb, i can sell 1 million insas share to raise RM 1 million to pay for the rps on 19 feb right ?
2021-01-18 14:53 | Report Abuse
hng33,
x-date 2 feb meaning i get the right to the right on 2 feb.
but when must i paid for the right ?
Do i need to call up my broker to tell him i want to subcribe ?
2021-01-18 10:25 | Report Abuse
still think insas cannot go up ?
Still think insas can onli go down ?
Inari trade near RM 3
Omesti trade at 55 sen
with the coming OPR will be cut down to 1.75 ?
The rps 3.8% will WORTH EVEN MORE THAN RM 1 that any bank will be fighting over to subscribed lor .... no ?
HAHAHAHAHAHAH !!
