Even Mr Tong from TheEdge sold his position at loss at 1.52, maybe he fedup with this too.

These 2 events make me have a bad impression on the director.
1. tukar statement from buy to sell, tipu public.
2. dispose shares right before they announce bad quarter.

Clearly, they take advantage of insider information. It is okay to sell own shares, but as insider, they should sell during outside of blackout period. Although bursa did not have a law about this, director should practice highest level of integrity to gain shareholder confident.

Still dispose shares right before 5pm on the day they announced the result. Very smart punya management. PUI !!!

the director "take advantage" or "just being lucky" of the wrong announcement on last friday to be able to dispose more at high price 1.86 on monday.

No, he was not buying but he was actually selling. they announced it wrongly last week. They amended the announcement yesterday from buy to sell. how can they made such a stupid mistake. some people may trade based on insider action.

can we report to bursa for misleading the investor during last friday announcement. FLBHD management should be fined for such silly mistake or "planned mistake"?

seems like smart hand take this oppportunity to sell on the news.
