The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company has on 27 November 2013 completed the acquisition of 100% equity interest comprising two (2) ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in a shelf company, Consistent Harvest Properties Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 1065903-K) (“CHPSB”) for a total cash consideration of RM2.00 only, thus making CHPSB a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company (“Acquisition”).
CHPSB was incorporated on 10 October 2013 in Malaysia and is currently dormant. CHPSB has an authorised share capital of RM400,000.00 divided into 400,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each and an issued and paid-up share capital of RM2.00.
The Acquisition will not have any effect on the issued and paid-up share capital of the Company as well as the shareholdings of the substantial shareholders of the Company.
The Acquisition is also not expected to have a material effect on the earnings, net assets and gearing of the Company and its Group of Companies for the financial year ending 31 December 2013.
None of the Directors, major shareholders and/or persons connected with a Director or a major shareholder of the Company, have any interest, direct or indirect, in the Acquisition.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company had on 9 October 2013, acquired 1,200,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each, representing 40% equity interest in Harvest Court Marketing Sdn Bhd (“HCMSB”) from Muhibbah Enterprise (Port Klang) Sdn Bhd (“Muhibbah”) at a consideration of RM646,278 (Ringgit Malaysia Six Hundred Forty Six Thousand Two Hundred and Seventy Eight) only to be satisfied by disposing the machineries which were acquired earlier from Muhibbah following a mutual consent from both HCMSB and Muhibbah to terminate the earlier agreement dated 30 December 2010.
HCMSB will become a wholly-owned subsidiary upon completion of the said acquisition.

　（吉隆坡18日訊）市場傳出，全球私募基金巨頭凱雷投資集團（Carlyle　Group）有意收購，達加富資源（TAKASO，7071，主要板消費）已針對這項傳聞進行查證，于9時30分停牌至下午5時。

　英文財經週刊《Focus》報導，稱凱雷投資集團欲收購達加富資源，前者並未否認有關報導，不過達加富資源已向馬證交所申請，自今早9時30分開始停牌，查證這項報導。

　達加富資源今早開市時，微起1仙至28仙，隨著收購傳聞出籠，股價在5分鐘內一度揚高2.5仙或9.3%至29.5仙，停牌前作價27.5仙，起5仙，計有1135萬4800股易手。

　達加富資源主要業務涉及橡膠製成品，包括生產與分銷保險套，及育嬰產品。

　假設凱雷投資集團欲收購達加富資源屬實，這將是外資基金第2度收購本土橡膠製品公司；澳洲Semperit AG控股去年獻購利得股份（Latexx Partners），隨后展開除牌活動。

　《商業時報》引述Mercury證券研究主管譚明子報導，自馬股本月初迎來首隻保險套股康樂（KAREX，5247，主要板消費），市場對于保險套生產商興趣漸增。

　康樂是在11月6日上市馬股，發售價1.85令吉，短短2個星期股價已攀至3.23令吉水平，目前計劃派送紅股增加股本至1億130萬令吉，每持有2股者可獲送1股，閉市時掛在3.30令吉，起7仙，成交量183萬1500股。...
