The last few days mainly EPF and Kump Persaraan were disposing....not buying ...do not be misled coz the selling will be enormous when the price is up....

By the way the China cos r coming in droves to open up more housing in Iskandar n around JB coastal areas , the glut shall be a norm in future esp condo-type living like in Tian Jin in China ! The price itself is way beyond the means of ordinary JB folks , let alone foreigners who r also being hit badly after bought the properties here and a second whammy when our Ringgit shrank 15% against their currencies . Immediately after bought the property , its value in MR shrank 15% , the property prices adjusted downwards another 10-20% , given that the new batch of buyers r very selective and choosy coz there r abundant of choices around. With the introduction of car levy , new tolls etc , every entry means more has to pay compared b4 the launch , it is not fixed n may change with times , with the long queue and jammed esp in the Immigration areas , how many r willing to invest is also another question unless and until u got surplus cash to spare for another 10-15 years , it may be a good buy but not sure yet ? Just look at LOT1 , many of my friends were stuck with the previous uncompleted projects ; some even being lelong by the banks coz can't continue the payment as it was not occupied; it incurred untold losses? sometimes, not everything r rosy....Just be careful...

Its TP is 5.03/2=2.5 after discounting the bonus issue , now is 2.62 , so is already more than the highest TP by 5% . If u were to take the last closing price @ 4.70 b4 bonus , then its price shall be 2.35 , which is 11.5% from its Target price. Mind u , their EPS after the split is only 4.5c and its PER is 117x . U will need 117 years to get back the capital....in layman language...Just sharing...

The problem is more n more cronies r complaining not getting the contract...

Hope that nothing will happen?

luckily epf bought some to prevent further slide but other funds r still selling non-stop ....if fossil oil is going to drop further until USD 30 , the commodity prices will be greatly affected as well because the overall demand will be diminishing as well...world economy will experience stagnation and worst still recession which many of us not really ever experienced before.

The co has sold most of their treasury shares from 11.23 millions to a mere balance of 2.58 million shares....because of exceedingly good price ; hope it will not be like jobst later....

ambil aje div will be good enough , months of 2,5,8 and 11 ; 4 xs in a year...@ a gross of 7.93 % per annum .

though there r some buying but overall selling pressures r too great to bear ...from 40c onwards..bo huat lah...

still long time to go until 28th Jan.....I think it will move after ex....so can make more!
