FA rock solid , do not panic on selling calls , this is real trading, so you must be prepared for longer term to realise its potential. How long? May be less than 6 months to see any appreciable result.

technically with e TRS in beg , this stock is something to looking for in future....may be u need to hold a bit longer to experience the thrill ! Price not 38c anymore but may be double or triple! This is my personal belief . Trade at your own risk!

just imagine knm making only 1.88c per share and PE at extraordinary high of 73.63, its stock price is RM 1.04 as of to date ! Compared with Sumatec earning per share at 14.19 c but stock price is only 0.475??????????????? Really cheap!

vol is only one quarter of previous vol...so sellers are out to create a scene that more sellers than buyers in order to collect cheap. Contrarians beware! With long term in anticipation, we can forget about the buyers and sellers if u were to stockpiled the stock for more than 6 months - a year !

big volume consolidation for sales at 47/47.5/48c ....I think it will not be long that the technical rebound may come sooner ! it will be back to 50c....again!

unconfirmed sources said its earnings per share may reach RM1.00 soon! If it becomes reality, how much will the stock be worth? RM 5.80 ? RM 7/8/9/10? another interim div in the offing somewhere in Sept/Oct ?

sometimes we must be logical , who want to sell u at 5c? unless and until it is going to be delisted ! I see no reasons this share will be delisted soon!

but holding Seal is more secured than any other share coz the rebound will be any moment ! U need to keep 6-12 months to see any appreciable results.

Last 4th qtr result shown EPS is 14.19c and PE at 19.3 and NTA at 14.2c ! At 14.19c is a feat in O & G business ....! If another 4 th qtr resuts are out..its stock price will definitely not in 40c-50c level !

At this price , the present PE is 2.39!

projections will not be the actual result we want . Wait for the removal of PN 17 first when 2 qtrs. results were shown positive . By that time , all things are clear and transparent but it was already too late to enter coz may be too pricey by then!

Negative earnings 0.45c per share this qtr compared with last earning 0.14c per share ! No fundamental except goreng .....

with contract in beg, its stock price should be doubled or Tripled based on FA where EPS shot up from 0.5 to 5.5 c ,more than10 times. This is my prediction.

With 2nd qtr result out in August and if EPS increases to 50c, do U still think U may get cheap share at 140c?

Seal is unstoppable .....

Too drastic rise will not be good either coz profit taking may come any moment!

With limited volume , though the rise is substantial from 132-138 but closed at 137 , the tendency of stock moving up without any resistance will be a problem . As the seal swims , penguins are there too, but sharks will be lurking somewhere when it smells the blood , blood from penguins will cause a stir here . I am afraid before any substantial gain or gap up , minor profit taking will occur but long term investment will still be intact. Just remember FA is still favorable as the TP is still far away at RM 2.00.

Like it or not , property slump is coming and worst for Iskandar . Interest up , car levy up for local or Singapore cars , New restrictions imposed under johor housing and property act , tightening of loans by all banks on property due to higher risks exposure , glut in new housing in Johor , weaken numbers for our closed neighbors , our economy not good either... So how the property counters be faired in coming years?

Very good FA and TA , so the probability is up more than down ....if may surpass its height ever achieved.

There will be dividend payout in August like in other times ! How much do you think the company may pay out ? Lately 6.5 c , and coming soon another 6.5 c or something extra? Like special one time dividend , rights or warrants to stir up the passion? Or splitting the shares to 50c , to make it tradable , better still is 4 for1 at 25 c a piece , where it has more shares and more tradable. If the new management keep on doing he old ways and neglecting the minority shareholders, my advice is avoid this company ! may be the management may take it private since whatever it has done is nothing concern to the minority shareholders. They can opt to keep all for themselves and this slot should be taken by others more accountable and more caring!

Trading from 41-45c , up and down , if u want to buy , just q for a month at the lowest price . If u r lucky u may get it low and sell high. B

Tomorrow is a new day , I think it should be trading 145/155 level . Anything above should be a bonus.

If got the contract, its price will double for sure!

Hope it will stay at 135 and above. Failing which the stock may go south for some retracement by forming bigger consolidation prelude to advance higher.

If there is any possibility of an upswing , the chances of retracemment are great , so it may trade lower first and move up later , so cannot discount the downward swing as well.

If no conference then sell , may be other counters may offer good opportunities
