MQTECH's market capitalisation now is a ridiculous RM 5m only.

Do not panic.

For MQTECH big shareholders/directors leaving enmass and the price dropping big as a result is nothing new. It has happened many times before. Importantly the price has always rebounded.

MQTECH has in fact for a very long time never been so strong balance sheet and cash wise as it is in now after the rights issue.

In fact MQTECH also has never had such a strong Board of Directors before as it has now. With Robbie in and especially with Teh out now.

This is just from my experience with MQTECH, I am not asking you to buy just want to share my experience.

If you buy at 0.12 now, not accounting for the free warrants the ex price will be about 0.105. Close to par value. But you will likely make profit from the free warrants provided 0.105 remains.

Cost of the theme park is actually not much, the nature is like an outdoor cinema.

Just a small theme park should be able to recover fast. The small theme park is just like a cinema.

Consolidation only on paper, you suffer no gain no loss. Rights issue partly for theme part, but rights issue price rather high.
