Is there any way the small shareholders can lodge complaint on the unfair & unreasonable offer?

I think Ong will successfully increase his share of OSK as probably most shareholders will stay as wait and see or no party afford or interested to own OSK for uncertain period of time that Ong has the advantage, the OSK stock will stay around rm1.68 or even below for some time and like OSKP last time although his take over offer of 87 sen well below NTA value now at the share price at RM1.27...Ong also manage to increase his indirect # share in OSKP to around 49% like getting it free from the small shareholders...unless all small /minor shareholders join to have strategy to fight back...look like no so possible

all must not accept the bad offer, very much a form of cheating openly
