Based on the proforma in the circula, after the sale hdbs net asset per share will go up to RM5.30. After ex-div, the net asset wld be down t RM2.80. I think based on today closing pr of 4.45, cost will be about RM2 per share. Worth considering since the2.80 wld largely be cash and assets.. But why share price so weak?

Farmbes in deficit because of those bad bad years for poultry business.. Corporate proposal announced in late Jan 2014, where a reduction of nominal value of shares will help to erase the cumulative losses. Also, Farmbes will acquire a company that has china based biz for RM380 mil, via shares issue priced at 50 sen per share. Not much details, but the net asset per share of RM2.66 now will be diluted to around 50 to 60 sen. The proposal will improve farmbes gearig and increase share cap from 60 mil to 1 billion shares!!

The company has good landbank and good fundamentals.. I think it got a little under the weather because of entering into high end condo Kiara 9 at the tail end of the property boom.. It used to give good dividend, but the last 2 years div yield reduced.. sadly.

Maybe someone can tell me... I key to sell at 2.90 but at final matching, I got RM2.94 instead.

OPUS n PROPEL need shareholder approval. now that the share price hit RM3, will the acq be affected since the shares issue for acq was to be priced at RM2.... anyway, I sold my shares at 2.94 at the closing bell..

The net asset after the rights and bonus should be RM2.30 per share. The qtr report figure not correct... Anyway, the adjusted net asset is much more than that, good landbank in growth area... I am still holding my shares.

Based on policy, min dividend this year is 5 to 6 sen, or a yield of about 4% based on price of RM1.50.

Considering the price point of the finished goods, I think branded sports wear manufactured should not be affected. Q3 results actually quite good, with rising sales trend intact. If we exclude the esos charge of 1.8m (which is accounting charge without cash flow effect), the eps actually went up compared to Q3-2012. Any significant drop is chance to accumulate, in my opinion.

ksl got shopping mall I think. ksl has alot of institutional investors thats a plus point I suppose. WC has long way to go, so the chance to making big bucks is very good.. now tempted to sell at 28 sen bcuz I bot mine at 24 sen...

KSL another jb based developer, is actually better value compared to PJD. pjd pbt margin is below 15% but ksl is >40%. ksl is not moving because of poor dividend maybe?

PJD need to do some corporate exercise to push prices... with a share cap of 456 million, it should not be a problem. Give cimb a call, price will fly.

Theoretically, gst is the right thing.. but, after reading the AG's findings, one wonders how will gst help the govt reduce deficit.. in financial mgt, u either cut spending or increase revenue. If one increases revenue, but spending no cut, outcome still bad. While malaysians wait for the govt to manage our debts, prices would have risen because of gst.. Before malaysians enjoy a healthier fiscal mgt, we have to suffer inflaction in the meantime.

30% gearing and coy pay 5 sen dividend consistently so yield not bad lah.. The coy was in trouble during the 97 crisis, but now the balance sheet look ok.. not much institutional investors so price no push.. but the projects are in prime locations, so prospects good I think. I holding the warrants, because long expiry in 2020 and ex price only RM1.

The share price action, very 'no action' lah. Anyway, I am determined to hold till the value is unlocked (keep finger cross..). If market is only prepared to pay 5x PE, so be it... The company could not pay dividend in the earlier years because it was on deficit, but the current mgt team has done good job so hopefully better dividends are on the way..
If the price fall, who knows, may be chance to accumulate more.

traderman, u need 2 hands to clap so yes, those traders who lost $$ have themselves to blame. Back to PM's son, he knowingly and deliberately ride on PM's name... If he enter to really do biz then it shld not be an issue. But look at his track record, harvest court, and now sersol... If he wants to defend the najib name, he should stay put and build the company and not give cock and bull story and make a quick exit.

this company has very good assets and b/s is healthy.. main problem is, the main shareholder. I think they are not willing to unlock the value to benefit minority shareholders... I bought at 40 sen some years back because of the rich underlying assets.. but what is the use if main shareholder is selfish? A few years ago they tried to take the coy private offering a miserable 40 sen (or somthing like that)... who knows what they will try next.. I will buy again when price is below 40 sen, but not higher.

It is to Malaysia's shame that the son of a current PM can resort to this kind of goreng activity... but Malaysian retail traders must also not be stupid to fall for his trap everytime.. He can try again, but Malaysians should boycott his ventures... Those who got burnt by him yet again, only have themselves to blame.. only hope that the lesson is painful enough so that they will not fall for the likes of nasarrudin again..

The shareholders who sold priced the share at the net asset value. Am a bit puzzled why they sell so much... if the prospects of focal becoming a sp setia v.2 is good, why not hold some? surely the new owners would be happy with 51%..... The focal aims story that we read in the papers is not the whole truth? I am tempted to buy, when the share drop back to RM1.40 or less...

The correction today probably because Alex of nextrade blogged that the stock is fairly valued at RM1.12. Alex valued prlexus at 5x PE. Q4 is 60% more than Q3 and FY2013 is 24% more than FY2012. After Mitrajaya run, I believe coys with older shareholders who have invested their time to build a coy also want to reap the benefits. The recent share split is a good sign that the main shareholders want to unlock values. If share price weaken further, it is good opportunity to accumulate. But I think this counter is for investors, not so exciting for traders.

Liihen dividend payout look good... but it is worrying when I watched the videos in the website highlighted above. I would have bought for the dividend yield, if not for that. I think honest director and major shareholders are more important, at least u can sleep well at night whether dow go up or down. If the share is at firesale price, maybe worth the risk.

This coy is very low profile... only read more about it after the estate sale. Price shot up alot since Friday, but I think for those who are patient to wait the reward would be very good. Instead of buying property, maybe can accumulate the shares.. hopefully I am not wrong.

I think it is a matter of time that the company will have to unlock the values, because of family feud. The father is 95 years old. His young wife and sons who are older than the wife are sitting on the board. Only sold 2500 ha and can make profit of RM140 mil! Company is asset rich... and with the coy in limelight now, other suitors to buy their assets or seek out backdoor listing may surface... just my guess.
