Today i go through all the report i saved for Vivocom since 2013.
Finally i get the balance order book for NEETA GROUP ( NEETA ALUMINIUM MALAYSIA S/B & VIVOCOM ENTERPRISE S/B)
before ACQUISITION BY INSTACOM ON 6/8/15.

Please refer to below attachment. pg 10 & 11, Order book balance for NEETA GROUP - $247.352 mil + $2675.471 mil (total order book submit bursa )= $2917.823 mil. compare with $3016.184 mil (CIMB RESEARCH) different about $100 mil.
If assume NEETA GROUP could not get any order after 6/8/15.(tendered as pg 11).

I concluded $100 mil different come from the tendered.
Out of $453 mil tendered ,How much success???? before NOV 16 ( not clear & never announce )

CK , any way $3.9 bil impossible , $3.0 bil - more reasonable.

sweetkeledek.. Actually all the while for my OWN reference i use 3.094 bil ( 2.475 bil X5/4 ) as Q216'-
WEIGHTED AVERAGE NUMBER. not the latest NUMBER OF UNIT 3.234 bil.
Same effort for other counter. Anyway i will take your advise use the latest figure.

Base on Vivocom's Q216' RESULT REPORT, NTA = $0.33.( before 1:4 bonus issue)

Darth, Base on my study,For seen Vivocom Q316's revenue around $180 mil, Q416"s revenue $260 mil ( include $600 mil HoA which not yet finalize) . due to Vivocom add. contract $856 mil on Aug 16' & $600 mil on Sept 16' might only start Q316 OR Q416.- ( which vivocom never stated start project date - as i mention & request earlier )

Any way Q316 & Q416 ' SHOULD BE MUCH BETTER THAN $141.5 mil (Q116' ) & $121.6 mil (Q216'). - FOR SURE.

Darth, i only invest for long term. Conservative - old man style, don't dare to try for short term. Ha.. Ha..

Darth, My target price $0.50 by 2017' as today ( PE 12) . If that say $1.8 bil order get by end 2016.

So i said, you cannot get any book order for Vivocom S/B at bursamalaysia Vivocom page before 12/11/16. ( BEFORE COMPLETE ACQUISITION.) Neeta no need to annouce to bursa order balance before that

I believe this problem happen before INTRACOM take over NEETA ( Vivocom was neeta's sub) & change name to Vivocom end of 2015".

Research firms & we only "CLEAR" THE ORDER BOOK after 12/11/15,( Vivocom announce to BURSA MALAYSIA as requirement every contract bid)

MIDF not as detail as CIMB , ONLY stated there $3.5 bil + $0.6 bil (HoA 1/9/16) - $0.26 bil ( 1H16 revenue) = $3.84 bil.(order book balance )

CIMB research =$1724 mil + $600 mil (2015 balance) + $600 mil (HoA 1/9/16) - $220 mil (1H16's revenue, actual $263.1 mil) = $2704 mil OR $2.7 Bil

My principle is simple , Before buy any share , you must study & analysis yourself.
This will built your OWN confident on the particular counter. No matter share price drop or not for short term,
i don't care. i will hold for long term & only sell once achieve my target price!!!!

As 1/9/2016, include $600 mil HoA which not yet finalize, Vivocom's order book balance =$2751 mil ( order book balance 2015 + order book 2016 - 1H16' revenue).

Let say $2751 mil need 3 years to complete according contract ( Average base on contract) Mean Vivocom's revenue at least $917 mil++ yearly for next 3 years.
Equal +67% ~100% compare 2016 revenue ( 1H16-$261 mil, estimate $550 ~$600 mil -2016).

Above order book not yet +++ $1800 mil order might get end 2016 according Mr Choo & estimate
$3000 mil 2017s order book.

If all the projects Vivocom run smoothly and able to get the projects as planning.

My target price for Vivocom = $0.70+++

REVENUE UP= PROFIT UP= SHARE PRICE UP

My opinion if vivocom do the same thing ( like Matrix ), we will more confident on Vivocom.
and clear all the doubt.

Since vivocom order book $3 bil ,( grow too fast for me ), i worry Vivocom can complete on time or not???

More transparent & presentable report to shown ALL the project progress.
For Example : 1. WHEN START THE PROJECT (INDIVIDUAL PROJECT)
2. HOW MANY % BEEN COMPLETE FOR EACH PROJECT
3. WHEN CAN COMPLETE THE PROJECTS ( INDIVIDUAL PROJECT ) & ETC
So that as investor we can monitoring Vivocom progress & performance!!!

WB premium % 4 X WC & WB . Some more WB Maturity date 8/9/2018, WC & WD - 2020.
