SUPERMAX QR going to be release soon, last QR PAT RM71,056,000 compared to same QR PAT at only RM34,617,000.Up 105%.
Coming QR, FY2019,4th QR PAT only at RM15,059,000,
SUPERMAX 第三季净利都已经是RM71，056，000了，
第四季来得比第三季进步呢！

当地时间8月1日，德国柏林约两万人走上街头，抗议政府为防范冠病所采取的包括社交距离、戴口罩等措施，抨击政府侵犯民众的自由和权利。
示威者高居“立即终结冠病恐慌，归还基本权利”、“我们就是第二波”、“自然防疫代替疫苗接种”、“扔掉口罩”、“我们被迫戴上口罩”等标语，要求立刻结束目前实施的防疫措施，还有的高呼“要把比尔盖茨和默克尔隔离起来”。
但因众多参与者没有佩戴口罩，并且无法保持社交距离，柏林警方下午就驱散了人群，并向游行的召集方提起了刑事诉讼。
据柏林警方估计，游行参与者在高峰时达到约两万人.

Glove-dipping line manufacturer HLT Global has entered into a conditional share sale agreement (SSA) for the acquisition of 5.775 million shares or a 55% equity stake in HL Rubber Industries Sdn Bhd (HLRI), for RM33 million.
In a statement, the company said the agreement was signed with vendors Suntel International Co Ltd, AXG Capital Sdn Bhd and Lee Sow Yin, with the purchase consideration to be satisfied via the issuance of 113.79 million HLT shares at 29 sen per share.
The agreement formalises the Heads of Agreement (HOA) entered into on Jan 11.
Under the agreement, the vendors have guaranteed a minimum profit after tax of RM10 million for the financial years ending Dec 31, 2018 (FY18) and FY19 and audited net assets of RM38.8 million.
Based on an average profit guarantee of RM5 million per year, the purchase consideration translates into an implied price-to-earnings multiple of 12 times, said HLT Global.
“In line with our continuing effort to explore avenues to enhance HLT Global group’s revenue and profitability, the proposed acquisition will enable HLT Global to diversify its earnings base and reduce its dependency solely on its existing fabrication business,” said ,” said HLT Global executive director and chief executive officer Chan Yoke Chun.
“Through the proposed acquisition, HLT Global would be able to integrate its existing business in the fabrication of glove-dipping lines with the downstream business of HLRI in the manufacturing and trading of rubber gloves, which is complementary and synergistic to the HLT Global group,” added Chan.
The group intends to vary the utilisation of the unutilised proceeds from its listing of RM10.5 million, which will be reallocated to finance the upgrading of eight of the 16 existing glove-dipping lines and the setting up of one new glove-dipping line for the production of special industrial gloves at the existing factory premises of HLRI.
The balance will be used for working capital requirements of the group.
“Leveraging on the company’s core expertise and track record in the fabrication of glove-dipping lines, HLT Global would be able to improve the production efficiency and effectiveness of the existing glove-dipping lines of HLRI, thereby strengthening the rubber gloves manufacturing processes and competitiveness of HLRI in the rubber gloves industry, and eventually the financial performance and profitability of the HLT Global group,” said Chan.

CHINESE COVID19 VACCINE STARTS FINAL TESTS IN BRAZIL.
A Chinese-made vaccine against the new coronavirus entered the final stage of testing Tuesday in Brazil, where volunteers received the first doses of what officials hope will be a game-changer in the global pandemic.
The vaccine, developed by private Chinese pharmaceutical firm Sinovac Biotech, became the third in the world to enter Phase 3 clinical trials, or large-scale testing on humans -- the last step before regulatory approval.
"We're living in unique and historic times, and that's why I wanted to be part of this trial," said the 27-year-old doctor who received the first dose at the Clinical Hospital of Sao Paulo.
Her name was withheld for confidentiality.
Around 9,000 health workers across six Brazilian states will receive the vaccine, known as CoronaVac, in two doses over the next three months under the study.
Sao Paulo Governor Joao Doria said Monday initial results were expected within 90 days.
Sinovac is partnering with a Brazilian public health research center, the Butantan Institute, on the trials.
If the vaccine proves safe and effective, the institute will have the right to produce 120 million doses under the deal, according to officials.

Brazil is the second-hardest-hit country in the coronavirus pandemic, after the United States.
Its death toll surpassed 80,000 Monday, and it has registered 2.1 million infections.
Because the virus is still spreading quickly in the South American country, it is seen as an ideal testing ground for vaccine candidates.
Brazil is also helping carry out Phase 3 testing of another experimental vaccine, developed by Oxford University and pharmaceutical firm AstraZeneca.
It has a similar deal to produce that vaccine domestically if it is successful in tests, which are also being carried out in Britain and South Africa.
Brazilian health regulators announced Monday they have also authorized Phase 1, 2 and 3 trials of two more vaccines, developed by US firm Pfizer and Germany's BioNTech.
Researchers worldwide are racing to develop and test a vaccine for the virus. There are more than 150 projects so far.
Studies published Monday in British medical journal The Lancet found two vaccine candidates were safe and produced an immune response in Phase 2 trials: the Oxford vaccine and another Chinese-made vaccine, developed by pharmaceutical firm CanSino Biologics and the Beijing Institute of Biotechnology.
