Who cares about brick and mortar retailers anymore when most of us are buying stuffs from online Apps.....Things can be undervalued for very long time if management cannot show how they can grow the business despite the challenges faced by rising online retailing

If a company is so undervalued, you must be aware that there's not much share buy back despite the share price drop for 10 years. In the announcement section, all I see is ESOS , ESOS and more ESOS. How long term shareholders make money for the past 10 years is beyond my imagination. What's for sure, the management have been enjoying good days everyday

I've been watching & waiting for major deal during COVID pandemic. All I see is the cash building up in war chest and same song being played. Even Warren Buffett pulled the trigger a few times last 3 years.

Capital allocation is not effective. If can't allocate capital, distribute the cash back to shareholders. Why hold them in balance sheet depreciating in value? If continue to allocate capital to create growth,no need to pay dividends also no problem

Sell first, ask questions later

Many Public listed companies which are family owned and run, also very undervalued. The problem is the Board and management only reward and enjoy the wealth themselves through many ways. Every year, these companies throw 5% dividend to shareholders , just like beggars, while keeping the cash in the balance sheet. Shareholders can see the huge pile of cash but shares prices go down because the management is unable to deploy those cash effectively to create earnings growth to move up share price.

I've been adding more during this selling pressure. Thanks to shorties for pushing it down. Based on data on RSS, shorties may still have lots of ammo. May be they paid high interest to borrow Harta shares. You can roughly guess who lend them the shares. Thanks to shorties for making my dream come true. I'm able to buy Harta at 2019 price with 2022 capacity plus few billions net cash for future expansion

Imagine investing in a company which have ample cash for expansion, paying u dividend, and continue to grow WITHOUT RIGHT ISSUE and dilution.Investors need to ask themselves whether they can hold for long term.

@NatsukoMishima I think this issue has been discussed thoroughly by CEO during Hartalega AGM. It's true that China is going to steal some market share from Thailand, but Malaysia glove manufacturers are still very cost effective vs Chinese glovemakers. Let's talk with facts okay. Go and check the latest glove export numbers in US and you'll see what i mean.Do your own homework.I'm buying in via batches here for long term. My glove portfolio is still positive net dividend
