Big bosses hold many of these warrant, what is the possibility they will let this warrant mature out of money?......when close to maturity date, will they attempt to jack up the mother price so that this warrant can be converted? Any senior willing to share your experience?

Unlikely CA will be in the money in 19 trading days before its expiry. At current CA price, 1.86 + 3x 0.045 => 1.995 (break even price conversion). When the warrant expires, it will be no value, meaning you lost all your investment in this CA.

How do we apply for excess, what is the precondition? Anyone? Is it for the people who purchase the GOB-OR from the market and subscribe to the rights?

yup, i concur with your observation.....initially I thought of dumping too...but decided to take it anyway for mid/long term as the free warrant is a good offer, me think... so, if market don't crash next year and GOB keep improving, then we could make some profit both from warrant and mother shares....

you mean if mother price becomes RM1.00 what will the possible warrant price? If that's the case, assuming warrant trading at 20~30% premium (normal for warrant with 5yr expiry), the warrabt could trade at 40 to 60 cents but bear in mind that.....post rights, the price of mother share would trade close to TERP, so it will take awhile to go up to RM1.00. If you have holding power it's not an issue.

宋 雪芬 , The free warrant is really good deal, with 5 year expiry and strike price of 0.80, the premium to the TERP is low. Take fitters for example with recent free warrant also, it's now trading close to 60% premium to the mother.....and its warrant price appreciate approximately 50%.

I concur with SHQuah...unless he has many proxies holding <5% to buy sell, but that is insignificant and the stock volume is not high to suggest that is happening.
