Lonaldo Lo..i din sell as well. Don't worry...i have been buying and selling TDM for three years already..holding some for long term...holding some for trading. i did not buy at low as well in the morning. i last bought at 71 sen yesterday.

Private placement or not subscribing Rights Issues are dilution.
Bonus issue is accross the board, share price will be adjusted down but it is not a dilution.

i think bonus issue is faily attractive. However, need to clear off investors who have lost confidence in TDM first. Am waiting to buy at more stable price.

It is a Peninsular palm oil estate so it will be at least RM90k per HA. So you calculate lo, how much will the transaction be? It's a lot of money.

Yup..Not enough info to comment whether it's a good or bad acquisition because it is on an HOA.

there are many good counters...depending once preference.
TDM is definitly a good counter because of its diversification to health care and also its continuous expansion in its core palm oil business. Need patience as the results are yet to be seen. However, palm oil productions for Oct and Nov were good despite other plantation companies showing dropped in productions

have been waiting for TDM to reach 80 sen and then 1 for so long...looking good :)
