the bid of rebound not the key for today "as long as rebound". The key is on the volume must over 65M. Of course if not rebound, high volume means nothing. This is to examine the reversal signal.

If not able to rebound at 0.38 and close below 0.38, then this counter consider completely bearish.

You both are absolutely right. Yet I am looking at the charting, it seems forming flag. If not closed below gap support at 0.425, it will have to rebound latest by Friday. If Friday not rebound with high volume at least 61 million, then the chances to drop more will be likely happening.
If happening, then the next rebound may be at 0.38 or on 28-Jan'14.
If not able to rebound at 0.38 and close below 0.38, then this counter consider completely bearish.

TA change daily, so above are just my own sight of technical analysis from today.
