"Rosy Demand Despite Disruption"

MYR1.23 FV, based on 12x FY21F P/E, 72% upside, and premised on
impending improvement in chemical demand, diversified model able to
weather through an economic slowdown, expansion of lubricant business,
and decent dividend yields. We believe the demand for chemical products is
evergreen as they are required in manufacturing activities despite soft
economic activity. While we expect a 2-year earnings CAGR of 8%,
Samchem is only trading at 7x FY21FP/E, below peer average of 20x P/E.
