Tek Seng Holdings Bhd has announced a dividend payout ratio of at least 30% of the group’s net profits as its new dividend policy, with effect from the financial year ending Dec 31, 2015 (FY15).

It also said it has received numerous inquiries from both local and foreign investors and fund managers, attributing it perhaps to its “stellar performance” recently.

In a statement, executive chairman Loh Kok Beng said: “We are in serious talks with a few potential investors both local and foreign and in the final stages on a tie up with a foreign cornerstone institutional investor which sees tremendous value in our appetite for growth and expansion in the green energy industry.”

Up to you, Sumatec produce oil, no diff. Land or sea. Price dropping .....oil & gas counter will effected. And Sumatec, won't go over 0.50 because right issue price around 0.40, you judge.

Oil price keep droping, another 2wk, below 75/barrel. No hope for oil & gas counter. You decide. Arab Saudi, already mention, they will let the price down until next year. Due to to maintain market share. Sumatec margin will drop as well. 1st report, maybe miss target this year, but they said will try recover to meet target . At that time, oil price still expensive , now diff. Damn low already, sure cannot meet forecast. Buy / hold / sell , you decide....

Kulim now join the fry at Indon, oil and gas. Glotec will up by end of This month.

To Glotec fan, please dun worry about this stock. The condition almost same like SKPetro after combine between Sapura and Kencana. The price only move between Rm2, even everybody know about the bright future of the company. Now same thing happen to Glotec. Only time will tell. Something good worth to wait. Just ignore the rubbish news, just believe to yourself if you think Glotec is really have potential.
