I have seen calvin here since 5 years ago so far his stock pick is quite safe and not those flying stock that can come down anytime. Although I did not follow him on most stock, as I do my own due diligence. I've decided to follow him on Netx. I can certainly says calvin is not con-artist, con-artist usually will not be long once they profited they will run. I cannot say about others as I havent seem them been around only until recently.

Malaysia is always brutal for these type of business. Not like the US where these kind of business will usually get high valuation...

I do not know it can compare to these blue chips or not. Even if it cannot compare to these blue chips it can at least have half of their valuation. Current valuation is too cheap for energy industry.

One thing I do know that once you venture into recurring income type of business; the business is recession proof especially in energy generation industry, renewable energy industry. Want or do not want consumer will always use their services so for me this is blind profit....now it all depend on general lee how he want to steer the ship.

financial crisis does not affect this type of company. Even if it is affected within 6 months or less it will recover. Check tnb, tm, digi, axiata, celcom, dialog. all similar business model which is recurring income...

FYI, recurring income based stock seldom come down even during economy downturn even when it come down it will straight move up in the very short term. That is why these type of company retain very high valuation, I see KNM in the same league next 2-3 years....I do not wish to buy after 3 years when it completed its project, its best to buy now and enjoy whatever dividend in the future. These project is more of the short term project to keep retailer interested. longer term is impress and wte....

It is easy to blame others than ownself. It is always someone fault....

If KNM get more renewable energy or recurring income type of project. It is even more valuable. Recurring income type of company usually have higher valuation....PE is always higher than 30++......think Digi, Dialog, TNB, TM, etc etc.......if KNM having half of these company valuation I am more than happy...

Price does not matter, I was just making a comparison between these company in terms of their type of income. Usually recurring income company will get higher valuation due to their quality of income but for some reason in Malaysia no investor are interested in these company in their early stage not like market in the other bigger economy. Investor here are still excited with short term profit mainly derive from contracting work....

This is my retirement stock. At 1 billion valuation for international business with recurring income business (Impress + Peterborough) is very low, I recently also got excited with Borsig thx to sardin81. KNM also recently register new company for renewable energy venture. Things are getting bright. Imagine buying Digi, Nestle at this price........
