I have been told of this. Coincidently it is surprising 2 big shareholders of WCEHB are related parties.

Surin Upatkoon and Pang Tee Chew are in laws. Surin's daughter, Maythini Upatkoon is married to Vuitton Pang Hee Cheah (what a name)!

Pang Tee Chew owns 9.31% through United Frontier Holdings, A BVI company - hmm fishy. Surin owns through MWE which owns25.58%. Total they own 35%. IJM owns only 26.46%.

Who is in control? Vuitton Pang is director of WCE. Government should check who is behind Mamee and who is United Frontier Holdings.

Surin delisted its company - MWE this year. More grounds for being suspicious!
