Eg share price worth RM1.20, which currently is still undervalue. A simple calculation base on the 150mil new project received, with 20% , that makes ~3 sen of eps per quarter. Annualized it, it will be 12 sens. Not to mention existing other projects running in production and possible new project received.

all of these are already high and up few hundred % .....those haven't promoted are still in accumulation stage......So lets focus on those haven't promoted....example : Eg....

haha, no wanna sell to you at this low price. Look at Canone, whose EPS per quarter is also around 14sen, the price is 4.3 now. Obviously CCB is extremely undervalue and waiting time to go up only. There is no one want to sell to you at this low price.

with higher earning, lower PE, the share price need to growth to match the industry PE of 10....

Mercedez Benz expect next year to sell more cars. This mean Earning will growth next year too...

don't sell EG yet, with KYY and Cold Eye holding EG, at least it will climb up to RM2.00 next year.....

Notion is profitable in operation cost, but loss in derivative only. In fact, by next qtr , it should be in profit again. why need to cut at this price ? Who know it can be the next Geshen next year ? What if the company get a project next year ? we will be laughing non-stop.....

At this price, it is back by the high NTA....nothing to lose for us.....we have limited downside, but unlimited upside......If we win, we will win big, if we loss, we just loss a sen or two.....

just keep it first, why u want to pluck the fruits while it is not ripe yet.....wait for few more months and you can enjoy the ripen fruits later......

and we don't know whether Mercedez Benz Bhd will give another dividend payout to CCB or not in the next 5 months, if there is, the EPS will grow another 10sen extra...

if you can wait for another 5 months, until april 2016 quarter earning report. Assuming flat revenue and the EPS is only 10sen for April 16 report, and 10 sen for Jan 16 report. Annualized it with last Sept 15 ( 13 sen ) and June 15 ( 21 sen ) EPS, you will get 54 sen at least.

At 10 times P/E, the stock price should be RM5.40, at 8 times P/E the stock price should be RM4.30, or the worst case at 6 times P/E, the stock price should be RM3.20.

This is only assuming flat or lower profit compare to last quarter, and assuming no dividend payout.

You decide what PE it should be in next 5 months coming.....

I think it is not. If consider the diluted earning, the earning is a lot less attractive already.

agreed. ppl buy stocks based on latest PE, that is not a correct way. You should buy based on forecase PE and forecast EPS. in this case, which is same as future earning or future growth

If we compare Canone EPS vs Favco, they are almost the same, but Canone has ride aboe RM4.xx already from RM2.xx......

Spotted EG last week, and decided to dump Notion and enter EG.
although lose 1 cents in Notion, but recovered from EG now...

Anyway, I will re-enter Notion, when time is right, and with the correct price again.
