Saturn, are you riding on this counter as well ? :) I drove over to that area and looking at the big piece of land (~350 acre) which is so near to the exit of the Penang 2nd Bridge. I think it has so much potential for future development in that area so I decided to buy some

Besides Eco, Tambun..what's your view on GOB ? I actually drove over to that piece of land that owned by GOB at Batu Kawan to take a look, quite strategic. This company use to build a lower cost house, but with the announcement of IKEA, Gold Course etc..I believe this company will no longer build the cheaper cost house over there but build semi D and higher cost house in that area, it is going to create a lot of revenue to GOB in a few years. Is 84 cents cheap now? I believe it can easily cross RM1. Just a matter of time..I'm willing to wait and see :)

Suiwah is really one of the old company that started with just a groceries shop at Air Itam, Penang and grow bigger to have Sunshine Square, QDOS etc. I used to visit the groceries stall when I was small but i'm not aware that they also venture into property, time to take a look. This time i bought Eco not based on financial data but Tan Sri LKS :) I believe he has the capability, network and brand to rebuild everything. He is still young and he will come back again.
