Buy in when the company is losing, then cleanup the mess, admit the loses, make the first quater profit, reduce cap and issue rights to raise fund, admit openly the past loses and mistakes make the promises walk it through, double the profit second quater, appoint investors relation, roadshow, plan an merger, cross the hundred mil mark company, begin to attract big funds. That only double the money. To triple the money, the merger go through , profit got to double again, promises must be fullfilled and so on..to achieve this must have the sequence...not easy,totally not easy....
