Nice opening fo K1, no gap down..

Salam and very good Morning guys..

Last week is a very challenging week.. This week might be a good week for us.

Looks like nobody here will attends the AGM. Anyway no problem. Just monitor its share price. Normally we can see through the reaction of share price.

Hope today is the QR day.. =)

We will see QR and AGM outcome first.

Because those factors will surely drive its share price up or down.

Malaysia now is known as a GREEN ZONE country.

Malaysia also is a home based for K1 and other Glove companies.

Since there are many countries that still struggling to control Covid19, so Malaysian companies are in very good opportunity.

Regarding VITAL-Ventilator, dont forget that some of the licensees are from country with worst Covid19 cases. There must be a limitation for them to run the manufacturing in order to meet demand.

If those licensees face the limitation then K1 will surely get the golden opportunity to make more money.

Those ppl that don't have ideas about what K1 is doing then they will surely sell their shares at low price and even at loss.

And again PATIENCE is the key

If we look at its PE ratio yes a bit high.

But if we look at its potential and future, anything can be changed within next 6 months.

I believe that its PE ratio will be reduced significantly in every QR.

We can see obviously K1's management is super proactive.

Good biz diversification during Covid19,
Healthcare biz in hand
Tech biz also in hand especially Cloud.
Nasal Swab project
VITAL-Ventilator production.

Now they have their own Cloud company(100%). For sure in new normal nowadays Cloud will be in high demand and the demand is expected to increase every year.

K1 already hit 0.40 support for 2 times in a month.

Hope no more selling pressure to hit 0.40 support for 3rd time.. =)

It is subjected to Bursa's permission. We just don't know it is allowable or not during the further extension of time to submit financial statements.

Maybe someone here can share further info.

Sorry guys I wanna ask silly question. If they just take over 100% in June, can declare profit in Jan-March QR? During Jan-March only 40% owned

Swab Test now is VERY IMPORTANT.

Their nasal swab approval would boost their share price higher..

Dont just keep asking about when MOH going to give the approval.
Be patient..=)

They will announce it soon..

This month is earnings month and window dressing month.

We are in the last week of the 1st half of 2020.

What we need to do is just waiting their QR and AGM outcome. I believe that some Institutions and other investors are still monitoring this stock closely.

FA is good
TA is good

QR and AGM outcome will be the main points to be considered by investor.

If anything is good and according to plan, investor will surely come to this company.

But please keep in your mind that we cannot expect the strong momentum is similar as previous on April-May. So that no more frustration when you stuck at peak.

For me it's WORTH to wait and see.. =)

Up to now, Limited downside but unlimited upside within another 3 months..=)

If next week they announce bad QR then I will reassess my strategy whether to add some more or just hold... That's it.. =)

Stick to your plan and strategy or you can restructure them.

Bad mouth is everywhere even in social media.

The most important thing is how strong and how clever you are..

If we look at larger view of K1 potential, they now in very good condition to grow higher.

Sometimes we can see +ve reaction and -ve reaction to the share price according to current market sentiment.

Based on those potential, do you think it will plunges until hit new low within next 3 month?

My answer is very impossible.

EXCEPT all countries in this world back to MCO and lockdown situation.


If Q1 result is good, we will see a strong positive momentum. At the same time, we still waiting their Nasal Swab approval.

There is no hope analysis as long as we know potential in this company.

Hope analysis is only for Gambler and loser.


If Q1 result is bad then we will see the figure and the source of losses.
