Agreed @ dexeric as the rise of crude oil price is affected by many international issues and even beyond the control of international hacker fund..so it is meaningless to set a target price for the upswing movement.

I will take this opportunity to take profit first & collect back due to huge operation cost as min wages , hike in gas & electricity beginning this year.The USD exchange rate most probably will be below 4.00 this year couple with stiff competition from China (seems that US/China trade friction will be resolve) & Thailand exporters, this definitely will burden busines expenses & reduce the profit margin in next 2 QR announcement
