If one read thru the HOA posted on Bursa Website, it is clear that much progress has been made towards settlement of the HOA. This is definitetly a Plus factor for the company and this will likely result in a positive move in the stock price.

The Heads of Agreement is available for inspection by registered shareholders at the registered office of Benalec located at Level 18, The Gardens North Tower, Mid Valley City, Lingkaran Syed Putra, 59200 Kuala Lumpur during normal office hours from Mondays to Fridays (except public holidays) for a period of three (3) months from the date of this Announcement.
(e) The Board of Directors (with the exception of Dato’ Leaw Seng Hai who abstained from expressing his opinion) is of the opinion that the settlement is in the best interests of the Company, for the following reasons:
- the Company will benefit financially from the rescission of the land sales mentioned above;
- settlement of the legal suits under the Heads of Agreement will not have any adverse impact on the Company;
- settlement of all issues cited in the Heads of Agreement will enable the Board as well as the key management team of the Company to focus on developing and upscaling the Company's business to best effect.
(f) The implementation of the matters highlighted in paragraphs 1 to 3 above already represents a substantial degree of completion of the settlement.

Lately, they are selling non stop like there is no tomorrow.

They are not street punters who buy and sell on rumours.

They run the business and know something that we don't know.

You really think they are so stupid to sell at current price if the share value is worth much more? I don't think so.

Something is brewing and it is definitely not good.

I will stay clear.

I think it's advisable to be very cautious on this stock.

When the major shareholders and directors are selling this share and its warrant by the millions over the past few weeks, it's not a good sign. These are business owners who are selling .

The BIG question to ask is:

"WHY ARE THEY SELLING SO MANY MILLION SHARES?

This counter is a no play counter. in coma. better sell and swtich to other counter which has more potential. it's a long and boring wait for this counter

A GONER . Firstly, Major shareholder sold out. Too many stale bulls. Difficult to move as too many people waiting to sell and get out !

At low price > Entry price at this level very low risk.

This is a real laggard. Been trading at 8.5-9.0 cents for months while other penny stocks have moved up with the general market. The stock is profitable and NTA is about 17 cents.
