Shell is cutting down its refineries as you know in the media.. So unlikely Shell will source from other party... Also i think HRC always had the option to sell at open market or ship it to China parent company where there is lots of demand.. But of course at lower margin due to higher freight.

And topglove is more than twice as much as Intco... this indicates foreign investors confidence in China compared to Malaysia.. :(

Genting theme park delayed is not old news as some claimed. It's only published 2 days old by the star and some may missed it. Fair value is based on individual interpretation. If some people choose to believe FV <RM2 so be it. Similarly, no one is stopping you to state FV is >RM5. If there is no credibiity to one's judgement, then just ignore.

This is an open forum as long as its not fake news, all good and bad news should be welcomed. If all only good news and hide bad news then other investors will not make a holistic decision. Btw, i am also a holder of GenM shares and i welcome bad news as long as its not fake.

Anybody have idea why last 15 min the PETGAS price drop from 14.96 straight to 14.84, without even going thru 14.94, 14.92... etc?

I agree on demand drop which will impact profit. But the pump price margin is fixed by gomen. If low price like now, oil co still need to pay duty but if oil price high then gomen subsidy. On negative spread, i think its cyclical, now they buy cheap crude, once mops increase back, they will get back much better spread to compensate losses during the price drop.
