Reference is made to the announcement dated 2 August 2013.

The Board of Sumatec wishes to announce that the Rakuscheknoye Oil and Gas Field Joint Operation Agreement with CaspiOilGas LLP whereby Sumatec is the designated operator, as stipulated under the Joint Investment Agency Agreement and Investment Agreement signed on 2 August 2013, is now effective.

Sumatec is currently making arrangement with contractors to mobilize the first rig to the field. The rig is expected to start operation by middle of January 2014 to commence workover operations on 11 wells.

The announcement is dated 2 December 2013.

Methanol is an alternative fuel for internal combustion and other engines, either in combination with gasoline or directly ("neat"). It is used in racing cars in many countries and in China. In the U.S., methanol fuel has received less attention than ethanol fuel as an alternative to petroleum-based fuels, because in the 2000s particularly, the support of corn-based ethanol offered certain political advantages.[citation needed] In general, ethanol is less toxic and has higher energy density, although methanol is less expensive to produce sustainably and is a less expensive way to reduce the carbon footprint. When people expect Sumatec to turnaround from losses to huge profits, only genuine investors will sit tight and wait for the good news. We can't expect miracles overnight. The recent cash call had given Sumatec some bullet to strenghten its balance sheet and P&L. Surely the uplifting of PN17 will take some time. Now is the good time to wait.If big funds are into Sumatec, why can't we, unless we don't have holding power. Punters and contra players alike either make or get killed along the way. Those who believe in the turnaround story and the promising O&G game, would wait until the truth is revealed. TS HS is notorious for his game plan in turning ailing companies to darling stocks. O&G is a growth and cash-cow sector. Early birds make the most.

Sumatec-wb closed flat 0.255 for the past two days. Sharks must be accumulating for the next run-up.

There are 215m shares traded on Sumatec-wb on the first day of listing and today is T+4. On first day lo/hi was 0.15/0.23. Contra players could have taken profit or sold by today.

Volume has thinned down since listing of wb. Imagine the big volume on listing day compared to yesterday and today. Where are the short-term or contra players? Gone?

Selling is overdone and price should recover later.

People fear when price falls, meaning, they could have bought at a higher price. When price shoots up, smart investors could have taken profit and wait for price to fall again and buy back at lower price. When price runs, the strategy is NOT TO CHASE. When price runs and shoots up, that's the time to take profit. When price drops, BUY ON WEAKNESS, ie if u still believe that there's upside potential to the stock. Long term holders are not gangho about short-term volatility.

Don't see the fall as a predicament. Look positively when price drops. BUY/ACCUMULATE ON WEAKNESS. Sell only when price flies.Well...if u are a contra player, can't help leh...
