according to the announcement, this project is expected to contribute about RM90 million ++ over 5 years which is quite substantial with an average of RM20 million a year

there is a mistake in your property segment. according do the MD of GUH , their GDV for the remaining Taman Bukit Kepayang is more than RM1 billion over 5 years period. you can google search the article in The Star.

Also, Teknoserv (water division) a fully owned subsidiary now will contribute more to the bottom line. With GUH back up with cash in hand of 175 million, Teknoserv can bid for bigger contracts.
