M&A move boost Nexgram growth. Adds corporate honcho Tuan Haji Mazru as Finance Director - 7Jan 2016

Kuala Lumpur 7 Jan 2016: Nexgram Holdings Berhad today announced the appointment of new board member Tuan haji Mazru as its finance director as part of the group on-going business expansion initiative.

In a filling with Bursa Malaysia, the diversified business group said prior to taking on his current role, Tuan Haji Mazru, 53, was financial controller of the group.

Tuan Haji Mazru joined the group as financial advisor and have since handling overall group financial strategies especially in potential merger and acquisitions within the group core business direction.

The company have been growing by way of horizontal and vertical expansion through merger and acquisition, and market perceive the addition of top corporate team would facilitate the group overall growth strategy.
