For six month period ended 30/6/2016, CSCSteel already generated cash from operating activities of RM98m.

Existing market cap = 535m
Cash in hand = 321m

Growing & consistent profit records (except 2015, reason? check it out yourself)
Generous in paying 5%+ dividend

You may refer my earlier comments in CSCSteel when price was around RM1.50

moneySIFU, just a gentle reminder that cash flow can be increased by just borrow money from bank but net cash cannot be increased by borrow money from bank.

I stress again, I bought CSCSteel & Mycron for different criteria but same reason, both will do good in coming quarters because both are front runners in CRC industries.

8月份汽车销售提速跟政策刺激也有一定的关系。大家知道，中国去年年底出台了一个政策，对1.6升及以下小排量汽车有优惠补贴政策，这个政策按照计划未来几个月到期，到期之前一部分消费潜力提前释放，这可能有一定的影响。主要是这两方面的原因。谢谢你！

Bought Fiamma @ RM1.70 with intention for long term, suddenly the cake fell from sky into my plate just few weeks later, price surged limit up the next day of announcement, sold off & the price continued to climb until RM2.50 before ex-date.

Cash flow is important to me, only invest in company that making profit with positive operating cash inflows.

So, megasteel is dead with so huge debts, no chance to be revived unless steel price is more than 3k.

Other normal businesses are ideally to have less than 0.5 gearing ratio

Banks & tolled highways operators will normally have more than 1 gearing ratio.

Most important, company must be able to generate positive shareholders' return (ROE) when having the business loans. Subject to respective business nature or industries, Gearing ratio is key ratio to observe.
