Thanks Bro, but the fact is what I have written is no new info, its something that has already been explained previously. Buts its just that issues of the same premise keep cropping out, because of the disheartening reservations people feel with the new perspective currently perceived with Bahvest. I say "perception", is because there is a whole load of assumptions being made that people refuse to accept it as positive interpretation and thus are guided by fear and uncertainty.
Perhaps knowing that Bahvest is taking a breather from its previous role as server of suspense thrillers makes it less appealing now, but I reckon that would be a good indication of stability being achieved for management to rectify and improve conditions conducive for the future prospects of Bahvest.

As for Buncit, aka Dracula, aka fishermen: with the impending cases against him, he has the time to dabble with the shares of Bahvest? Imagine, he sold at the 9-12 sen range, might not have made even a single sen due to margin losses. and now buying higher just to disturb the market? What logic, can someone please explain? The Kretam raiders has in total now about 20% holdings. If they short Bahvest now, what would be the worth of the shares held by Buncit, if he was to purchase and do another vengeful takeover? Do you seriously think Buncit can come up with more than RM 80 mil just to overwhelm the Kretam raiders holding? It cannot be any less because, he has to remove all the directors and the associated holding companies. Buncit sold his 16% at about average say 12 sen, collecting approximately 19 million (assuming no lossess, which i doubt, as the trading dynamics indicate sale under duress), and now come up with 80 mil. If you wish to submit an injunction or letter of demand, it is immediate, because that comes from the legal office, straightforward issue , they get the fee for the preparation process based on templates, so easy money: with the letter completed, they convey it to the affected party. But if ensuing response or resolution or settlement, aside court intervention, among parties, then lawyers will submit to relevant courts for initial hearing.
Its only 3 months since this whole episode started. Let me give an unrelated but reliably true example, based on many of my experiences: I have submitted many land ownership and inheritance application for initial hearing to "Pusaka Kecil" sessions court, and their professed charter is they will inform date of hearing within 6 months. Nay: it will be 9 months to a year, only then you obtain the date of hearing. and if parties are not in agreement during the first hearing, then the whole episode of haggling will go through many days in court. from one court date to another is about 3 to 4 months. So, expectations of court resolution in simple cases such as these will take about 2 to 3 years. Another example just to show how legal processes work much slower than the snail or sloth ( go look up what a sloth is if you are unsure): You have a missing relative that you want to confirm as deceased: police report+ lawyer submission+ investigative and confirmatory period + court decision+ issuance of report: 3-4 years.

About Buncits case: this will be heard at the high court. In all probability, the first sitting might happen early next year. And not to forget, Buncit has multiple cases, especially breach of fiduciary duty. If they keep on fighting and arguing in court to and fro, 5 years minimum. All these legal cases will not affect operations, becos companies have their legal experts to drag cases like sheet, if they have to. But Buncit will have to fork out from his pocket for legal services. So who is under pressure now?
That is why on matters of injunction or at the junction or under the junction or over the junction, it does not matter. The case is going to court. If drag on for 5 years, imagine the legal fees running in the millions, and Buncit is defendant against those Kretam Raiders who have proof of substance to nail him for breach of fiduciary duties. Kretam will not pay Buncit a single cent, until a court decision is derived. And BTW, court decision and enforcement ( to make into effect the court decision) are 2 different processes. If the court decides that Bahvest has to pay compensation to Buncit, not necessary for Bahvest to pay immediately. Bro, I am never in favor of turning mid distance runners into sprinters, and this was partly the outcome that i dread to see. GM is a spent force coming into the straight just by trying to keep pace with the front runners. And when he tracked Lim's K on the inside, that was it: it became a forgone conclusion. In fact I think, Mr Malik ran a more credible race. In reality over the short course with a straight of 350m, even with few reiterations, there was no way of overhauling Lims K on current form. But with an extra 200m for a 1400m race, then that would be another proposition.

1) She might actually be a convert now, and bought during the recent short selling by the market maker after the QTR report. She came in only with one thread and then went silent. How else can you account for this, becos under those conditions it would be fertile ground for her to unleash the archers, being trigger happy.
2) She inspected the forums and found most of the players were steady, except for few with some expressing tones of uncertainty, but other than that, it was a non event on that catastrophic day for most of the longer term stayers, so gave not much room for her to manoeuvre her retribution here.

This current quarter expiring by end September might still be a period of ironing out the unresolved and improvement issues. In my opinion still lethargic but could bear some improvements.
So what will be the pattern or dynamics of price changers for another 3 months based on above conditions? Before end Nov, will it be just normal trading play, and finally by end Nov we see an improvement in prices perhaps 40 -50 sen? Or will be languishing as listless and improved maybe to 36 sen by then. so what will it be? In any eventuality, you cannot expect the counter to be moving everyday for the next 60-65 trading days. Its totally senseless. But if you feel its going to climb and reach RM 1, please share with us in this thread the foundation of the thought process that you have to partly justify for this awesome future. Again, everything is about the future, there is no right or wrong call. We only try to mitigate. if its right all the time, a better place would be the gaming 4D booth. Confirm no need to look at Bahvest.

At least Bahvest turns profit in Q1 as expected

So yesterday, market maker went down about 10 bids with 65 million shares, averagely about 6 mil shares per bid, a crowd control measure in anticipation of today's eventual QTR report release. What would it have come down to, if the market maker did not preempt the consequences and traded as normal yesterday? Would you think it would be better prices today? As reference let me summarize previous unrelated events, but which the market maker responded in kind:
1) The blazing catastrophic cleansing of Bahvest from the marauding vampires, until fully stripped of shares. That was a momentous event consuming about 3-4 trading days, battling a formidable and powerful nemesis, owning about in total 20% comprising Dracula, son, and one Bumiputera vampire.
2) QTR report release with reported 10 mil losses.
3) Wagner destruction of facilities and operations.
4) And current release of laid back , lackadaisical QTR report.

With these in view, would it be too far fetched to consider INNO as perhaps being forgiving and has that soft side with market players. and as much as possible would limit downhill slides to just one day. Imagine the effect today. if they did not do damage control yesterday. With that quality of report released today reflecting operations., (however cannot fault Kretam assassins as the reign of terror by vampires were still evident) it will be open for an avalanche of snowball downhill. As I have mentioned earlier, the current raiders in the Bahvest stable are all colluding sharing the same bed. And in this respect of controlling and mitigating situations to reflect on prices, you cannot expect to get a better arrangement than this to bring forth calm into their share prices.

Come on get real, knowing Bahvest limit up is never in their Dictionary. There is still a bit more scary instances, very minor, to go through this morning. BTW, havent yet seen the full report, but if you speculate a 200 kg per Q, that would translate into about 62 mil worth of output, at 1940/oz at ex rate of 4.56. So approx. about quarter bil or 250 Mil turnover per year only from gold.

The change in FYE from FYE March 2023 to FYE Sept 2023, are there implications to it? Since Kretam assassins only took over in May 2023 and with the specified new FYE Sept 2023, are they implying that the reporting by end August and end November serves as no relevance and guide to the future fundamentals of Bahvest to be established by Kretam assassins. Are they disavowing due to end August being held under Dracula and end Nov being a period of major adjustments and resolving major corporate issues?
So FYE March 2023 will consist of 6 reporting quarters till end Sept.2023. With this in view, Bahvest performance can only be attributed to the Kretam assassins, earliest End February 2024. What form of guidance can we receive except from stock purchases by these corporate raiders? Easier to do it now, because the market maker and Kretam assassins sleep in one bed. They know the outcome of what they will be reporting. So they can move on, immediately after the report made public. Be reminded, even when they released their previous Qtr where they lost 10 mil, only slight chaos the day after report released, and the market maker made it seem inconsequential.

I may not qualify to tell you this or might be perceived as being inconsiderate, because i am totally stripped of the shares, with zero interest, but i made known various options to respond to the upcoming Q report via my thread to another forum member. I will be buying immediately after release.

Bro, i am no influencer or provocateur. I only post at Bahvest as fair comment, as I see the potential of a mining company if it lives true to its form. I am still looking forward to buying, but as I earlier wrote, I will heed by my own advice to buy immediately day after report release. There will be chaos still but minimal as it has already been discounted.. I will still be buying warrants only, becos if the mother share can only outlive the next 12 months or so and produce 40 sen, then although if I lose money on the warrants, I would still be satisfied, for brushing aside a non performer that spent one year just to move up by 10 sen.. Hope you know what i mean.
Though I focus primarily on Bahvest, I do buy others but hold for a duration of one week to a month. T2 is not my cup of tea, being preoccupied with flipping numbers, that jams my brains. I am buying into warrants of Sime property right now.
