6)The Board of Directors of Vivocom Intl Holdings Berhad (formerly known as Instacom Group Berhad) (“Vivocom” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that its subsidiary company, Neata Aluminium (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (“Neata”), had On 4 April 2016, received and accepted the Letter of Award (“LOA”) from PBT Engineering Sdn Bhd for the execution and completion of aluminium and glazing works as nominated sub-contract for a commercial development known commercially as Third Avenue Cyberjaya, comprising three (3) office blocks with enclosed car parks and retail space at PT 12059, Jalan Teknokrat 3, Cyber 4, Cyberjaya. The contract amount is RM22,550,000 (Ringgit Malaysia Twenty Two Million Five Hundred Fifty Thousand). This project shall commence on 4 April 2016;

On 4 April 2016, received and accepted the Letter of Award (“LOA”) from V-Development Sdn Bhd for the design, supply and installation of aluminium doors and windows and glazing works for a gated housing scheme at Bandar Ulu Klang, Daerah Gombak, Selangor. The contract amount is RM15,000,000 (Ringgit Malaysia Fifteen Million). This project shall commence on 1 July 2016 and shall be completed within Eighteen (18) months from the date of commencement.

The Board of Directors of Instacom is pleased to announce that its subsidiary company, Vivocom Enterprise Sdn Bhd (“VESB”), had received and accepted the Letter of Award (“LOA”) from Coneff Corporation Sdn Bhd (“Coneff”) on 20 January 2016, for the provision of construction works for two (2) blocks of commercial towers comprising service apartments, two (2) storeys of retail units, one (1) storey of recreational centre and seven (7) storeys of car parks located at Lot 36071 & 36072, Phase 3B, Desa Tasik, Mukim Petaling, Sg Besi, Kuala Lumpur (“the Project”). VIVOCOM performed brilliantly following its price and volume break-out with an impressive upward-thrust to close the day at its rally-highs of 29.0, up 1.5 sens from previously.
Renewed buy-interests and bullish enthusiasm linked to ideas and market-talk that VIVOCOM prices are extremely under valued based on the improving fundamentals and technicals, helped stimulated fresh investors interests.
Today's volume of 69.09 M shares is the highest in eight days.
Volume Distribution analysis shows that buyers were the aggressors today as they booked sellers on 63.3% of the total trades.
A higher-than-normal volume accompanied by an upward price break-out from its technical "descending- triangle' configuration is a very constructive development that calls for more advances in the coming sessions.
Today's close at the upper tail-end of the trading range at 29.0 sen is a positive signal that all eager profit-taking selling volume were fully absorbed.
Traders may find it difficult to enter buying trades if they were to bargain too hard especially on this up and running stock.
In these kind of scenario, I would always book the sellers offer price.
The big-question confronting traders and investors now is this :
What's Next?
My technical crystal-ball is pointing to an immediate price-target at 34.5-35.5 levels for the very short-term.
In the intermediate term, the prospects of prices trending higher to re-test and punching above its historical-highs at the 37.0 sens and establish new historical-high are very real now. Pls see chart.
The very effective Quantitative Algorithm trading signal ended the day with its 'screaming-buy' call intact and suggested further price advances in sessions ahead.

KUALA LUMPUR: Blue chips rallied on fund buying of key stocks including Sime Darby, banks and Petronas Chemicals, sending the FBM KLCI up nearly 12 points at the close on Monday while the ringgit staged a firm rebound despite the volatile crude oil prices.
At 5pm, the KLCI was up 11.97 points or 0.72% to 1,665.23. There were 1.78 billion shares done at RM2.01bil. There were 426 gainers, 333 losers and 366 counters unchanged.
Emerging stocks hit the highest level in nearly a year on Monday after disappointing numbers from the US pushed the chances of a Federal Reserve interest rate hike further onto the future while mixed Chinese data weighed on some bourses across Asia, Reuters reported.
MSCI's emerging market benchmark jumped 1.3 percent to the highest level since mid-August with stocks in Turkey, Russia and South Africa chalking up solid gains. Also ending on a high note were most key Asian markets.
The ringgit firmed up against the key currencies and it was at 4.0240 to the US dollar from 4.0660 the previous day, while it climbed to 5.3010 to the pound sterling from 5.3612. The ringgit was at 3.0009 to the Singapore dollar from 3.0154 and at 4.4867 to the Euro from 4.5227.
Among the gainers were consumer stocks, with BAT up 64 sen to RM50, Nestle 40 sen to RM79.40, F&N 30 sen to RM25.90 and Ajinomoto 18 sen to RM15. However, Dutch Lady lost 34 sen to RM63.64.
Sime Darby was the biggest mover in the KLCI as it rose 18 sen to RM7.60 and pushed the KLCI up 1.94 points.
Crude palm oil for third-month delivery rose RM14 to RM2,330 per tonne. Chin Tek added 49 sen to RM7.90, IOI Corp five sen to RM4.28, PPB Group and KL Kepong eight sen each to RM16.08 and RM23.20.
Among the banks, Public Bank rose 18 sen to RM19.68, CIMB 11 sen to RM4.50, Hong Leong Bank 10 sen to RM13,22, AmBank nine sen to RM4.39, Maybank one sen to RM8.03 while RHB Bank was flat at RM5.09. HLFG was the top loser, down 14 sen to RM15.08.
New Hoong Fatt jumped 34 sen to RM3.14 while KESM added 22 sen to RM6.88.
Oil fell, reversing earlier gains, as increases in Opec production and US oil rig additions continued to weigh on the market, Reuters reported. US light crude oil fell 52 cents to US$41.08 and Brent was down 58 cents to US$42.95.
Despite the declie, Petronas Chemicals rose nine sen to RM6.64 and added 1.22 points to the KLCI, Petronas Dagangan four sen to RM23.30 while Petronas Gas shed two sen to RM22.16. SK Petro was flat at RM1.43 while Wah Seong rallied 10.5 sen to 87 sen after it was upgraded by Maybank Research.
As for telcos, Axiata gained five sen to RM5.74, Maxis three sen to RM6.05, Digi was flat at RM4.96 and Telekom shed one sen to RM6.82.
Tenaga was unchanged at RM14.38, Genting Bhd flat at RM8.22 while MISC shed one sen to RM7.50.
