Logic, the AGM was a simple one to pass all the resolutions except the reappointment of Anne Kung who will no longer be a director. I can't tell all the things that was discussed at the sideline. The company is on track to achieve their targets in 2016. They are still working on the 2017 projects and time will tell. Let them do their job to achieve success and the shareholders will be rewarded. Do your homework abd buy at your own risk.

As long as there are issued shares ( bonus or rights issues or conversion of warrants ), the EPS will be affected. EPS is Earnings Per Share.

I always prefer Vivo to rise slowly and steadily. Do you notice that each time when there is a speedy rise in price, will be followed by a subsequent price correction? This is a normal process or scenario.

Hi Darth, the MD during his road shows already explained that Vivo is only a subcon and not the main contractor.
