But recently someone big player keep accumulate the share without disclosing the transaction. For example like today from 4.25 just went up to 4.3 with heavy volume of buying. This operation I also seen in the last few days.

Here in Bursa its weird. All top 10 high volume transaction are company that have worst fundamentals like wintoni, sumatec, etitech, sona where again and again retail trader are being cheated and manipulated by the Sharks. But in Wall Street top 10 high volume transaction are good company like FB, MSFT , Intel and so on. It shows the level of different world in managing finance.

Hmm PMB is run by high educated Malay?? Weeeeiiii see their Unit Trust performance laaaa.. Even CIMB unit Trust is more high in gain for long term. I in MARA for years. Right now the Management asked us to save our budget. Save money and cut down all unrelated expenses. if you asked me those in MARA should sack those who make the decision to buy PDZ. They asked us to save but they themselves did not preach what they said. a 42 MILLION ringgit investment in under perform vessel company! Read back what the PMB CEO said the investment income derived from. He said the dividend. Read back the financial statement. Any history of consistent dividend? Even BENALEC is more fundamental good than this company! From what I heard MARA wants to train its student in maritime course. I heard the story from one of my lecture. Then I tell them the story where MARA buy PDZ company. Even the senior MARA staff did not aware of the deal. But based on the story, I came to conclusion that that is why MARA wants to buy PDZ company because it have ship and vessel. But if you asked me it is risky investment. Why buy a company? PMB has 700 million market capitalization. for a fund manager stand point of view it is not wise to make a substantial investment in under perform company like PDZ. Look at their Unit Trust performance Amanah Saham MARA. Even though it gain 30 % in one year, look at their track record. it is under perform from major institutional investment like CIMB, ASB and many more. At least it on no 30 ranking for 5 years gain in Lippers rating fund table category shariah equity. Come on PMB! Those money should circulate inside MARA not invested on some COMPANY!. Even some collage and school should be invested back for maintenance and utility repair. Even MARA scholar that should get scholarship have problems relating to hierarchy and management problems. Come on for students 1001 excuses. But for this company straight 42 MILLION approved investment!!!!
