Recent drop in Symlife price might be due to TH intentionally pressing it down for acquisition at low price...

I guess TH might be slowly accumulating Symlife alongside with KSL...they are into small cap property stocks with gigantic earnings...

But how come when they acquired Symlife last time, they didn't make any announcement...BUT KSL they make announcement Every time they acquire KSL stocks...????

They did reward shareholders with good dividend last time...

Mkland just announced they will stand the ground to fight and appeal to the case n bring it up to high court jurisdiction...price should rebound soon as I feel that the chances to win the court case against the inland revenue is very high...

CHHB already settled the 22 million tax penalty today...is Mkland gonna do so????

Kancs, u won't know what is happening behind backdoor...directors exchanging shares among them to push down the share price...U just need to have faith n buy more if they brought down the share price due to the "dividend effect"...Every time a company declared dividend price most likely will drop for their own benefits...take note!

Even without the Sg Long project, its 1 billion unbilled sales is sufficient to provide earning growth for the next 3 yrs to come...

I guess it is delayed till end of 2018...

Besides I m optimistic tat even in times of property slump, Symlife is aggressively planning several upcoming projects soon tat should deliver strength to its future growth...I m sure research house will initiate a full coverage of tis gem soon...My target price is focus at 1.60 by year end n 2.20 by 2018...even Ecoworld n Mahsing can't beat Symlife...

OLH is very cunning businessman...Just look at how he took Pjdev private...He squeezed Sholders to the max depriving them of pjdev's true value...He is seeing growth in Symlife tat is why he acquired Symlife shares..
