Year on Year figures, the property division is very small in Ekovest.
Property profit is also lower than Construction and Toll Operations.
The overall company ROI will be better without Property Division.
Look at the figures.

There will be cash distribution of RM0.32/share held. Share price will be adjusted by deducting RM0.32. Less shares means when the company has more profits to distribute to its shareholders. Thus a higher EPS will be achieved.
So, after the Capital Reduction and the business is constant like past years, we shall see more profit, a higher EPS. And if the business is growing, it will further amplify the profit and EPS as well.

In the past, i always like Tony's comments and jokes about Firely, Scoot or MAS or Singapore airlines. He is championing fair ground competition. One can relate to him about his early days of obstacles and challenges. How he moved from music industry to airline business.
We also often heard how Tony be critical about the KLIA2, from planning, design, building, PSC charges or tax and the operation issue of KLIA2.
This reflects well on the values of fair play, always think of rakyat and how to be effective and efficient. He does not need any 'tongkat' to succeed.
With him taking side now, this just destroy many respects on him. Hard to understand why Tony, a personality like him would do what he has been doing for the last 1 week. Hmmm.......
