Big fluctuation of HY price is caused by sudden dumping of 8 million shares by kyy and that causes a big shake up in retail margin holders. Normally big holder do not dump out like this, it is more on intentionally n purposely to kill the price. May be KYY felt offended as many ppl in the market dont like him, other reason like market didnt support on his Jaks etc.......maturity of warrant will not caused much fluctuation of mother price as issuers have already got their "plan" when coming to maturity of warrant. They will not wait till last few days n using the small boy tactic of selling down the mother price. Issuers have many way of making money from warrant because they are the bankers. Apart from hedging the mother price, they also can collect n release the warrant, dont forget issuers normally will hold 50% of warrant for betting also, mother price up they release warrant, mother price big down they collect warrant, their job is to generate maximum profits from this derivative. Once this 100 million worth of shares digested slowly by market, i believe HY will be roaring up like a mad bull !! This is my neutral view on Hengyuan, I do not recommend a buy or sell because all foreign funds will not do anything now unless they are assured of stable new government.
