Yes. So recently how ppl said if you holding some company share in year 200x, only 200lot. Now u may get rich. Bioalpha now is only at initial stage, with support by government, this will be very good future for long term. Hold it as long as u can, if the fundamental is remain in growth prospect.

Last week there is another ceremony for herb plantation at Tangkak, Johor. This is corporation between of Bioalpha, Bioeconony Corporation, MOSTI (Kementerian Sains, Teknologi & Inovasi).

In order to lower down the raw materials cost, Bioalpha is started to increase their own plantation as a main supply to his own production line. This is a good run for them in future, products can be more price competitive, reduce materials supply interruption, additional income of excess herb plant.

As I mentioned previously, how attractive for this company, one stop activities.

Plantation (Raw materials supply) - R&D - Production & OEM (halal certificate) - Product distribution - Marketing & Pharmacy - Franchise - Online shopping, E-constant.

The weakness is how to strengthen their brand name, since so many competitor in market. If Bioalpha showing outperform in market share, this really will be a big rewarded to us.

YKGI is still need time to turnover. Share Price now is still quite low. Might buy some keep for long term. Management is target in reduce their debt. It is a good sign.

Let look at bioalpha, the management is quite efficient. set up the goals and drive based on the target. From acquisition of constant, until now e-constant all is within their plan.

Next move will be introduce of new products, target of China market, and application moving to main board.

Let us wait for bioalpha annouchment, William is mentioned they will make an application to main board n annouch to public in next few month.

PETALING JAYA: Ace Market-listed Bioalpha Holdings Bhd has launched its latest rewards referral programme, e-Constant, under a partnership with the Malaysian National Co-operative Movement (Angkasa).

The health supplement company said in a statement that the e-Constant programme would provide eight million members and 13,500 co-operatives under Angkasa the opportunity to become entrepreneurs by opening virtual online stores.

According to Bioalpha managing director William Hon, the e-Constant programme would allow the company to increase its market exposure by tapping into the social network of the members and co-operatives under Angkasa.

“It is a win-win collaboration between Bioalpha and Angkasa as e-Constant provides Angkasa members the prospect to be entrepreneurs and earn additional income, while Bioalpha would benefit from increased customer reach, which in turn leads to higher sales,” Hon said.

We target to have 20,000 Angkasa members and 20 cooperatives to sign up for the e-Constant programme within the next 12 months,” he added. Bioalpha’s shares closed unchanged yesterday at 26 sen.

Meanwhile, Hon said Bioalpha would be launching new products across its three key markets, namely, Malaysia, Indonesia and China, as part of the group’s expansion plans.
