亿维雅（HEVEABOARD）——丰隆维持“买入”的4个原因

丰隆投资银行研究（HLIB Research，以下简称“HLIB”）在9月14日发出了一份关于亿维雅（HeveaBoard）这家马来西亚刨花板生产商的报告。其研究团队在与公司的管理层会面之后，认为公司的短期前景令人鼓舞。

HLIB提出了以下四个关于亿维雅的利好因素：

一、平均售价可能提高

目前，公司生产的刨花板约一半是出口至中国。其管理层表示，基于近来人民币兑美元上涨，公司应能够调高销售至中国的刨花板的平均售价（ASP）。

二、组装家具可取得的利润将提高

公司的新组装家俱（RTA）工厂已经落成，并于上个星期开始试产，预计新厂房将在FY18年初开始带来利润。这座厂房主要将生产单板（veneer-based）家俱，利润率较高。

三、东京奥运会可能会使销量增加

HLIB认为，2020年的东京奥运会可能会使公司组装家俱的销量在FY18增加。以过往的情况来看，在全球体育赛事举行的一至两年前，其销量增长都较高。

四、以具竞争力的价格销售杏鲍菇

公司正在发展种植杏鲍菇的业务，预计它每天将能采收三公吨的杏鲍菇。公司打算以每公斤约10令吉的价格出售杏鲍菇，远低于目前每公斤20令吉的市价。


HLIB也在报告中指出，若公司产品的平均售价保持不变，令吉兑美元每上涨10仙，其盈利就会减少11%。由此看来，公司的确可能会调整其产品的售价。

HLIB维持其给予公司的“买入”（Buy）评级和2.19令吉的目标价。它认为，公司的优点在于其财务状况良好（截至2017年3月31日，每股净现金为10.32仙）、派发的股息多（FY16的派息比率为45%）以及公司持续创造出利润率较高的产品。

The construction of the six-storey shopping mall at i-City in Shah Alam, which has a lettable area of 940,000 sq ft with approximately 350 shops, started early last year and has now reached the fourth floor of the first section, or approximately 30% of the overall construction plan. 纳兹里也披露，要促使我国旅游业成功，有赖各界人士的紧密合作，包括私人界，而I-Ciy在这方面做了不少贡献。

wei. I hold 2000lot. Last time more higher but I have let go some to restructure my portfolio. Last time enter at high price, when time loss I keep on average. the highest I in is 0.275. Lowest is 0.22
