in fact is correct to sell if the share price already up by a lot. Anyway this is case to case basis n also depend on the operator motive to push the stock. When the RSI is high there will be a correction . We will not know how much it can drop. In normal situation , just b4 the operator want to actually push the stock, they will press down the price to get rid of those small investor. People tends to sell when the price drop n buy when the price going higher n higher.
