New coming acting CFO was joined last year, I believe since than the incumbent CFO no longer has influence in the company. I guess the incumbent CFO is political appointment, look at his working experiment ..all are GLC...and not in good shape.

Funds wont buy any single share without clarification on the SIR outcome due to internal restriction, avoid this share due to uncertainty and waiting for SIR report...
