@i3value, exactly, the price dragging by the property segment which APL promised to improve years ago but it keep failing to do so.
With the impressive progress of the PP, this is why the price could rebounce so fast.
KYY also concern about the property development, cause it dragging company performance.
If APL keep his promise by today the price should above 2.00. But after 2 years have passes, the property segment getting worst. Just forget about visit PP, visit evolve mall and Pacific star then you can feel my frustration...

In mid of 2019, APL said will complete, i passed by Pacific until today progress is terrible slow and delay another year.....
Mall progress announce sell, fail, improve traffic and increase tenant, but fact is all brand cease business.
No contract secure no improvement, the local management are looser.

1.the ccc was not issue yet, who obligate to complete it? The prolong construction will cost more, does factor in the buy price.
2.any LAD portion will transfer to jaks, since some car park allocated to residence and office, it has been delay 3-4 years
3. Who act on the interest of jaks when decide the parking rate?
4. No explain on the delay, then bailing out, who accountable to the delay?

The money loan out without interest and portion use to pay salary, this is bad deal...now construction not done yet( no ccc yet how could you said done) but jaks need to pay for the inflated price....
You own parent company not the subsidiary, but now they allegedly use parent money to raise the kid.
