1.the ccc was not issue yet, who obligate to complete it? The prolong construction will cost more, does factor in the buy price.
2.any LAD portion will transfer to jaks, since some car park allocated to residence and office, it has been delay 3-4 years
3. Who act on the interest of jaks when decide the parking rate?
4. No explain on the delay, then bailing out, who accountable to the delay?

The lose not 6 months only, the lose will pay by jaks for at least a year. Subsidiary benefit from the loss of jaks....no COI here?
