XDL, 0.04 prior to x-date, 0.20 after x-date and moves to the highest 0.325. Yesterday closed at 0.295 after a high 0.315.

Index dropped more than 7 points and more counters in red than green and surely all counters of PUC are in red too added by panic sellers who see Friday QR announcement in bad light though the company still made profit.
Today expect market to be better and penny stocks battered yesterday to recover and that include PUC counters too.

Glanced through all the QRs announced yesterday, PUC's actually not that bad. Based on %, PUC's painted red but actually still made profit.
Some counters, painted green but actually still in the red, only because their lost making have been reduced.
Based on the confidence in the near future by the company's statements, then go on investing. Come Monday, it won't drop crazily but may up....

Contraian because got no money to pick up and scare to lose more, surely will dump on Monday to cut lose. Even if it drop I think it would not drop below 0.080 or worst below 0.075. By then some operators will start to go in to collect and to push up the price to their objective...

Disappointed with the results but small consolation because it's still in positive teritory and revenue up. It would be worst if both in red.
Revenue up, does that mean the company has engaged in more business activities but the cost and process to run the business have increased too.

QR (hope a good one) is on 27/5 (Saturday), maybe by the end of tomorrow's trading, then may be last chance to enter at cheaper price earlier morning tomorrow....

Let it moves up like Dnex, too steep the authority will see it as unusual and not hestitate to slap UMA on it like the last time...

Price closed positive for the mother and children counters except WA that was unchanged but still at higher value than the other siblings.
Anticipating higher price tomorrow and the day after next where the QR is expected to be announced with high hope of good positive results.
Those who have the same wave of hope, perhaps can think of entering tomorrow early morning.
If drop then it's very unfortunate everyone doesn't want it.....

QR should be on 27/5/17. Since it's a Saturday then hopefully on Friday 26/5/17. Latest should 29/5/17, if the company keeps to their tradition.
Expecting a good result. Perhaps that's one reason the price for the counter and its LA and W stable at current level for quite sometime. Would it be chased up next week prior to the release of the report?

Latest QR shows huge increase in QoQ.
Though YoY shows slight drop but still in nett positive profit...

Performance of the company definately won't be affected by an employee in the company except the CEO and his inner circle who decide the compny's objectives. And just a 'bad-mouth' of a person's past without substantial supports in any form does not merit serious concern from stakeholders. The compny's top management officers surely have their procedures to deal with any circumstances. So it shouldn't effect price movement of the company but its performance reports.

Will move up when next QR is good. By then the company may in hurry to execute private placement...

Watched the price movement of this company since penny stocks come to limelight but this stock was not moving at all and one of the cheapeast at 0.04-0.05 and long long que at buyer price.

Monday listing of new issues. Based on previous new issues of other penny stocks, the mother shares mostly dropped or stagnanted at the last closing price and the warrants usually at below its conversion price.

Last QR is negative, why up so much?

Yesterday it was green for whole sessions and very much higher volume when the market was battled by the news of TRX and Bandar Malaysia fiasco.
Good potential to move up further comes Monday and so on...

With the crash in TRX and Bandar Malaysia, BSKL was down last two days. Would there be effect on stocks which have dealing with China. So NetX, XOX etc. advancement could be capped. Perhaps, PUC being more a Singaporean based company, may advance with little impact from Mesia-China deals...

@Striker90, yea, many who bought this counter on the one-day-stand a few weeks ago should be dissapointed. Anticipated good 2nd QR but negative. Anyhow revenue improved and accumulated profit for last two quarters still positive due to impressive profit in the 1st QR.
Hope next QR will be better. However the price of the counter was green for the whole session today.

PUC has a new CEO and has just announced the acquiring of ENOVAX. Any new input on the prospect of PUC in near terms with refer to your writting up or promotion of this counters few weeks ago.

You mentioned from your checking of the company record, the compny has succesfully completed many iconic projects. It would be more convincing if the projects are list out.

You are promoting again for this counter after about near to two months the last time but no positive respond. However this time you included the extention period given to the company to submit its regularization plan. Hope some respond this time.

2nd QR - QoQ increased in negative profit though revenue improved. However still retain a double digit K profit, thanks to the good first QR. YoY results too in negative teritory but with improved positive nett lost.
NAPS remain at 0.37 QoQ but up 0.01 YoY (0.36)

Exercise price is 0.25 per share. The new shares to be listed on Monday 25/4/17. Friday closed price was 0.29, up 0.005 after battered to the lowest 0.275 from the high 0.33 within this month. QR to be announced by the earliest on Monday 25/4/17 or by tradition on 26/4 or 27/4, and anticipating good results based on last QR.
Therefore I am anticipating the price to go up next week, hopefully to test its last high of 0.33 and it warrants too at current 0.09 to its high 0.13.
Perhaps that's the strategy to exercise the esos, the possiblity to make at 0.10 per shares.

Someone is supporting this counter at 0.305 -0.315.
Every moment when it dropped below this level, the lowest at past weeks was at 0.285, this someone pushed it back to that level...
However its warrants have gone down to 0.085-0.09 level, unable to climb back to its recent stable level at 0.11.
A positive results for the coming QR, to be announced before the end of the month may lunch its price to its recent high at 0.14.

Based on the chart, this counter has dropped to it most recent low of 0.095. Further drop or worst scenario will be at 0.075.
Will it shoot up by then..?

Some big holders (especially those who got the warrants free) may be trying to push out their holding at a higher price before the due date.

PUC has been quiet for a week after the last price up.
Some counters which recently have made the limelight at the same time as PUC have started to move up again.

I have involved with this counter when it carried out rights issue in 2015 and shares consolidation in 2016. Not really made money when off loaded all my holding of the mother shares and son after patiently waited for it move up for more than a year.
Noticed on Friday morning both the mother and son moved quite substantially and figured out what's the reason.
Noticed that QR was out in the afternoon and saw it was lost again. Wondering why it's still going up with lost results.
Puzzle but perhaps I saw the previous QR.
Saturday morning went into BSKL website and have a re-look at its QR. Surprised, it made huge profit.
May be would have buy in some on Friday afternoon if not for the wrong info on its latest QR.
However, it's EPS in a higher negative territory....

I have just looked at PUC's financial results for past ten years from financial year 2007 to 2016 from BSKL's website.
Out of 40 QRs, PUC has only recorded four quarterly nett lost (4th 2007, 4th 2008, 4th 2009 and 4th 2013) but only three times lost before tax (4th 2007, 4th 2008 and 4th 2013)
For last three QRs, PUC has recorded constant improvement in its revenue and profit before tax and net profit.
The next QR (1st QR for 2017 FY) will be announced before the end of May 2017, based on the date of announcement of last ten years of FY.
Many are anticipating another good results.

Be patience.
