@kiasutrader1, Japanese candlestick. I learned from the net and books that by merging or combining 2 or more candles do give better picture of the candle.

Bullish Harami
Downtrend has been in place for some time. A long black day with large volume has occurred which helps to perpetuate the bearishness. The next day, prices open higher, which shocks many complacent bears, and many shorts are quickly covered, causing the price to rise further. The price rise is tempered by the usual late comers seeing this as an opportunity to short the trend they missed the first time. Volume on this day has exceeded the previous day, which suggests strong short covering. A confirmation of the reversal on the third day would provide the needed proof that the trend has reversed.,"

Bearish Harami
An uptrend is in place and is perpetuated with a long white day and high volume. The next day, prices open lower and stay in a small range throughout the day, closing even lower, but still within the previous day's body. In view of this sudden deterioration of trend, traders should become concerned about the strength of this market, especially if volume is light. It certainly appears that the trend is about to change. Confirmation on the third day would be a lower close.

Pattern Flexibility
The long day should reflect the trend; in an uptrend the long day should be white and a downtrend should produce a black long day. The amount of engulfing of the second day by the first day should be significant. The long day should engulf the short day by at least 30 percent. Remember that long days are based upon the data preceding them.

Pattern Breakdown
The bullish Harami reduces to a Paper Umbrella or a Hammer line which indicates a market turning point (Figure 3-11). The bearish Harami reduces to a Shooting Star line, which also is a bearish line (Figure 3-12). Both the bullish and the bearish Harami are supported by their single-line break-downs

@gaussian, this is just my humble opinion. Cheap! The question is when? By using averaging cost, expensive can become cheap or more expensive. Now, what is the risk factor to reduce the average cost. This type of question is all depend on individual risk appetite. For me, all kind of risk appetite by basing on my technical chart. The are time, I just wait for the next round and say, "so what".

This is just my style and don't listen to NoManLand. I might send you Holland for a good bungee jump at red light district until viagra dozes can't even help you.

Why? Sentiment where "doubt" still hanging around. Once it is over, if this current "bull" trend still remain with strong viagra dose on the blood stream, we might see a strong 3rd wave. If not, god forbid.

Support 1.48 , 1.35.

If you hold a lower or high average cost, opportunity to lower down again if you know how.
