No harm done in wild guessing or wild life.

To save USD50 to 100millions from buying Borneo Energy, Sumatec's share price has to be in the range of around 0.600 to 0.680+. This will give a sufficient profit when selling it where purchased price is at 0.450-0.455.

We never know.

If to save USD100mil x 3.2 = RM320mil /0.4525(average) = 706mil shares
If to save USD50mil x 3.2 = RM160mil /0.4525(average) = 303mil shares

To buy Borneo Energy for USD250 millions, how many Sumatec's share you need to buy at 0.450-0.455 and sell it to the market at 0.550. After selling, you buy Borneo Energy with cash for only USD150 millions. Mean USD100 millions of saving?

On top of TSHS getting 0.450-0.455, and offer Borneo Energy at 0.550, he is saving 0.100. This is getting interesting.

The MACD is bearish, it may takes about 4 to 8+ days to rebound. Resistance=0.475/0.490/0.500
Supports=0.450(broken) / 0.440 / 0.425
If today manage to break 0.475 and 0.490, we may have a good possibility of rebound.

2b. when time is right buy. when? no idea.
3. averaging down. (remember to include other costs)
3a. example buy equal lots (57 + 47)/2 = 52 unit price
3b. partial lots ((57 x1000) + (47 x 500) )/15000 = 53.667 unit price
4. daily contra, profit to reduce the unit price, only if you can predict the price is going up.
5. pray hard
