I believe most of the contra buyers have been flushed out.The total volume was lower today but healthy at almost 33.8 million shares traded plus selling was muted. I noticed a lot of buying in at the high of 6 sen in the afternoon session.

The muted selling means there will be much less resistance for price to move up on Tuesday. TA wise, it closed on the high which highlights that the uptrend is intact and potential upside in price on Tuesday coupled with the media release / announcement / coverage over this weekend of the passing of all resolutions including the free warrants at today's AGM/EGM.

They have begun to nibble at 6 sen.

Agreed ATARAH. The majority of traders/investors cannot grasp how the Big Boys operate. Hence, in the long run, they lose money.

EDUSPEC regulars, RM12 Million shares traded today. Massive profit taking by contra buyers today but price closed off the low of 5 sen to settle at 5.5 sen.

TA wise, uptrend is intact. Higher high of 7.5sen and closing price today of 5.5 sen is higher than yesterday's close of 5 sen. Keep the faith and stay on course guys.

IMHO, it's best to ignore the price fluctuations as top volume counters always attract many very short term buyers who just want to make quick profit. Nothing wrong with that so this bout of profit taking is expected. I am happy those contra players made some good profit and much congrats to them.

Since you regulars are all a buy and hold team, profit taking bouts shouldn't ruffle you as most of you have an average bought price of 3.5sen or even lower. Stay the course and keep your eyes on the longer term objective.

Closed morning session at 7 sen with 107 million shares traded. Up 40% today. Looks like afternoon session is gonna be more 'ganas'. Hold on tight guys. If you have spare cash, better add today and tomorrow before the AGM & EGM this Friday.

EPS is 0.1 sen for q ending 31st May 2019. Even assuming business doesn't increase, let's put Google Classroom aside, and EPS is steady at 0.1 sen per q, with a forward PE of 15X , fair value should be 6 sen thus EDUSPEC is undervalued by 40% at the current 3.5sen share price, imho.

Can't agree more with nightfly. I trust all the regulars here have bought cheap a long time ago. Everyone knows the potential. Sit tight and wait. If you have better opportunities on the horizon presently then by all means, respectfully , sell and reinvest later after the AGM/EGM. I believe the situation will be much clearer then.

Nevertheless, I always value the info and feedback from the regulars here especially Shahrul, calvinchee , tklim, ATARAH and tingkap.

The Big Boys are in control of the buying and selling queue. Only they know when they will push.

On the financial side, after full conversion of RCPS and full exercise of Warrants B, gearing will be reduced from 0.48 to an impressive 0.20 which means the company will be financially stable and is considered a low risk to invest in.

FYI , a company's gearing ratio is the amount of debt (borrowings ) vs equity. It's one of the best indicators for a company's financial health.

BTW, Entitlement date ( Ex date) of proposed bonus issue of Warrants B estimated around end August 2019.

I strongly urge everyone here to read pages 29 to 35....management have done their detailed research and have strong clear plans for the future.
